The second was significant when a very large pine tree was hit close to our house causing various electrical issues in the home -- despite having a whole home surge protection system. Just months after having the lightning rods installed, lightning struck an even larger pine tree in our small back yard, Thankfully, the lightning rods saved us! It was a huge strike, and we had no damage at all in the house. These lightning rods were potentially life-saving."

What I thought was going to be just putting in a new electric box turned into a huge headache, not Stephen fault, but city of corpus requirements that meant having to have a new electric pole put in and Stephen having to excavate a line in my front yard to run underground line that was required by the city. Through all of it, Stephen kept me informed and updated on the progress. He did such an awesome job from start to finish! I just wish he was in the Austin area to take care of my electric down here!"

They asked for our preferences (such as which color we preferred) before they installed the fan. They were done within about an hour. They offered to clean up the floor of some debris they had accumulated, but that was not necessary. They were very professional; they addressed me as Mrs. Joseph. When I asked about other work they can do, he informed me and gave me a "guesstimate.""
