"They knocked down the hornets nest, however they do have a predatory contract. I only needed them for one thing. The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices. Good luck! "

When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house, and everything else under the sun. "I left three stars based solely on the previous work that was done for us, which deserved 5 stars.. Unfortunately, we have to go through the searching process for another arborist. We had a bid from TTT, (higher than the other years, but still reasonable) It was not a problem because we trusted them. This time we just couldn’t get it done. The communication was very sparse and we decided they were just not that inerested in our business. Everyone likes to feel valued, even though it was a small job to them, it’s not to us. Also, the linking with the other company has different pricing with strange breakdowns . We didn’t understand it, but we were willing to choose them anyway."

However we started to see termites again in less than a year of the treatment. At this time they no longer answered e-mails or phone calls, and we've been unable to reach them for two years. Upon reaching out to another company, we found that they did not properly complete the treatment per their treatment summary, both by failing to drill the driveway and not properly treating the initial column where the infestation was noted. Would highly recommend going somewhere else for any serious treatment."
