+ -1 moreThese guys are amazing-they crawl under the house and check for termites. They have treated once for me. They also in general notice everything-critters pulling out my insulation, wood fungus.

Description of Work: Termite inspection and prevention. Rusty and Chris are top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also have a handy man on staff that can fix/do just about anything that needs to be done around the house. He's here now doing some work on our garage. Great, family-owned business.

+ -1 moreFirst, they looked for evidence of previous treatment. Then, they mapped out the home and then looked in every nook and cranny for problems and potential problems. They were very helpful and it was a good value.
Description of Work: I had a wood boring pest inspection done on my potential new home. All we knew about that home was that it had received previous termite treatment, but with no specifics. Rusty & Chris found the original drill holes that were used to treat the previous problem. They seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. They were also able to give me advice as to how to prevent potential wood boring pest problems in the future.

+ -1 moreLike I said, they are very thorough and will explain everything and show you proof of the problem. Rusty's a talker, but I always feel like I'm getting my money's worth from a straight shooter.
Description of Work: This was the second time that we used Farmer's. Last year we called a highly-rated company that we found on Angie's list, but they didn't inspect peer-and-beam houses, but they recommended Farmer's. These guys came out, found dry wood termites in my house and subterranean termites in my garage apartment. They don't treat dry woods, and recommended a company that did. They treated the subterraneans in my garage. Today they returned for an annual inspection. We don't have any subterraneans, but now the garage has dry woods (this is a common problem in my neighborhood). Rusty and his guys were very thorough and showed me the evidence of the problem and ways in which I can avoid the problem down the road.
