They didn’t so we got rid of them. We canceled the service.

It was fine. I like the price and that they use Scott's products.

They come regularly. They come when they are supposed to. They do a good job. The grass stays green and the pest stay away. They do what they are paid to do. The only negative is that they do not give a warning. They say they will be there within a couple days instead of a specific day so we know when to lock the dog inside from the doggie door.

It is very good. I didn’t have brown patch this year. They always left the instructions on how much to water the lawn and how often. They always let you know they had come and what they had done.

They are pretty much on time. We did have some problems with them last year. We actually fired them. They asked us to give them another chance and we did. They treated the lawn and it eventually came back. They said it would look good by a certain point in time and it did. We are pretty happy with their service. They will call and tell us when they will be out within a few days. If they are unable to make it they will call and reschedule. Their guys are always in uniform. They do a good job and close our gates so our dogs don’t get out. We shopped around when we initially signed the contract. The price for this month jumped and we are questioning why that was.

They didn’t do a good job. It didn’t work. They couldn’t treat my lawn properly. My lawn is full of weeds. I spent all of this money to no avail. I wouldn’t recommend them. I had to stop them.

It has been extremely expensive for something that I can do my self. We gave it a try over the summer. They were saying after a couple months you see the difference. Frankly it looks worse than when I did it. We are canceling the service.

I do like them. I am satisfied with what they are doing. Whatever they are doing works. My yard was pretty dead last spring. It had a lot of weeds. I now have really nice thick grass. I have no problems with them. The price is per month.

It is fine. It is an average lawn service. It is not extra good or bad.

As far as I know they are doing OK. I haven’t been checking on them. I was used to Scotts in Carmel, IN and they are not the same friendly service here in Texas. They are not as easy to deal with as Scotts was there. They do not call before they come. I wish that they did.

It is fine. They come and treat the lawn. The garden seems OK. Things are good. I have used them for a long time, at least a couple of years. The yard seems nice. They are very responsive. They come when they are supposed to come. When I talk to them they seem professional.

The worked turned out fine. It has been pretty good. They are supposed to call us before they come out every time and they don’t always do that. Overall it is good.

I contracted with them for fertilizing and weed control. I had a problem with clover in my front yard and wanted this specifically addressed. I paid for a year's service in advance to get the discount, lesson learned. After the second application, I called to complain that the clover was still prevalent in my yard. A man came and told me that there was nothing they could do about this, and that I would have to treat it myself. Heated discussion followed, including the fact that the fertilizer made the clover hardier than it was before, with no resolution satisfactory to me. I got a call later about fire ant prevention and ignored it. They applied the material anyway, and when I talked to them, they said I had agreed. Wrong. 2 weeks later, my wife was attacked by fire ants in the flower beds, so I called them and told them their protection didn't work. They offered to send someone out, but I told them I hadn't ordered it, and not to bother. Working with Home Depot, I got the clover and fire ants under control in 3 weeks. I'm back to doing it myself, and my yard has never looked better. I had a good experience with Scott's in Kingwood, and used them for 5 years, so this is obviously the result of the local franchisee. I would not use them again.

Later found out chemicals killed one tree.And have since treated my lawn myself organically.

one year service for lawn fertilization, pest control of lawn. spent $1,000 over the year with them. lawn looked worse over time. discontinued service. placed fertilizer myself at much lower price. lawn looks better. i didn't see any improvement after spending all the money. It actually became worse with them. They just said it takes time. after a year, that was too much

When I complained all they did was send someone out a do another treatment. I asked to have a manager come out but had to request several times. They claimed that someone came out a looked at the problem but no one contacted me. Finally a manager came out and sort of minimized the damage provided another treatment of some sort. Then the winter of 2009 hit and now about 1/3 of the front yard is dead and having a hard time recovering. They called to ask that I renew their service and I flatly refused since I think that they should have replaced the damaged areas with new grass but that apparently didn't appeal to them. Over the past year I spent about $500 for their services and am still trying to recover from the damage they did. I now use a new firm for this service.

Have used the company for the last year & a half. Work continually needed to be redone. Management responsive to complaints that quality of lawn was deteriorating. However, employee was rude, lied, and continually did a poor job of application

During the time they were treating my yard, I had three bushes die and had an increase of broad leaf weeds in the yard. The service technician wrote on his last service call that the turf was so weak that he could not apply all of the proper fertilizer. I was not given a discounted price even though not all of the fertilizers were applied. When I called to discontinue my service, the representative was rather rude.

Started out fine; employees that came out were very friendly and helpful. But in Oct. I asked them to try and deal with excessive weeds and they sprayed something on the lawn that totally killed the grass. After several attempts to find out what happened I finally got in touch with the Regional Mgr. - they never confessed to the damage but set up a plan to fix it with a promise of follow-up from the Reg. Mgr. They came out a few times and sprayed fertilizer and the Reg. Mgr. never came back out to check on the progress (he said 21 days). The dead spots are still there and the lawn still looks terrible. I called the local Mgr. to find out why the Reg. Mgr. wasn't responding to my emails (I didn't have his phone number) and the local Mgr. said he was "unavailable" and wasn't coming back out. I told him that the Reg. Mgr. had told us that he would re-sod the lawn if the grass didn't grow back so I wanted them to do that soon. He said I'd have to call him back in a week to find out when he could do that...wait! Who's the customer here?? I have to call HIM to find out when he's going to take care of it? Unreal! DON'T use this company...they trashed my front lawn!! I doubt I'll ever hear back from any of them! Very disappointed!

I called them initially after seeing brown spots in my lawn. When they came by, the person was very professional and honest about what he can do for me. He did not try to give me more than I needed. He stated that the brown spots were fungal and would eventually go away without much damage. They were common in the area and being new to this location, I was glad he did not take advantage of that. He just suggested regular fertilizing at a decent price.

They were easy to get in touch with through an e-mail, they responded within twenty four hours. They call me before they arrive, which has always been on time. Their service is real quick. I have been using this company for about two months. They told me about a couple options, and were very up-front. They seem very professional and knowledgeable.

He was great. He explained everything he was going to be doing. He did a great job and I would use him again.

I was at home during the second treatment. I watched in horror as the guy basically pressure washed my garden and shrubs. Blew the flowers off my crepe myrtle. He couldn't be bothered to walk around the yard; just stood by the gate and sprayed. And my shrubs were not very tall which is the reason the customer service rep gave for the high pressure. I called and immediately canceled the service. The grass service has been great.
