Description of Work: I have used them for over 10 years. If I had a normal size yard I would never use them. They bill for services not supplied. Only time they are worth it is when my yard gets a bug.

Description of Work: Estimates are provided using satellite photos. No one came to my house. I received a phone call from a sales person in the Denver office who sped through the services they recommended and prices. I asked for the details to be summarized in an email. I received nothing. I then received another call asking if I was happy with their service. I told the story of the fist call and was told that I would receive the estimate by email. I then received a call from the Houston office, asking if I had received an estimate. I told the story and was told that a manager would send me an email after they worked up a new estimate. No email. I then received another call from a Houston salesman. I told the story again. I finally received an email with an estimate after a couple of weeks. The salesman then called repeatedly wanting to know if I had decided to use Scotts and then argued with me when I said I chose another service. I explained that because I had so much trouble getting an estimate, I was not comfortable using Scotts. His argument was that my prior problems were not his fault and that I should give him a chance.

+ -1 moreFIRST, THEY ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. SECOND, WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD COME FIVE TIMES A YEAR, BUT THEY STARTED COMING MONTHLY. WHEN WE CALLED ABOUT IT, THEY SAID 7 TO 9 TREATMENTS WOULD BE BEST. WE CANCELLED THE SERVICE AFTER 6 MONTHS.
