Company was honest, and professional. We were told initially by our insurance company that our roof was fine but we wanted an actual roofer to inspect. Very honest!

The best experience I ever had with a roofing company. They were ery flexible with the appointment time. Carlos arrived on time and was very professional. I was the one that was actually late :) He was able to identify the origin of the leak from one of the roof vents and repair it in 30 minutes. Carlos also inspected the other vents and fans as well and found one fan was unplugged. I will definitely hire Sugar Land Premier Roofing again. Thank you.

Cristian met me at my convenience to inspect the project. Carlos Jr. worked with me on the scope of work, cost and schedule. Carlos Jr. and Cristian both reported to the job on time after giving me an alert call 30 minutes ahead. Work was thorough and high quality. Additional inspection of the roof and other vent pipes led to minor touch-up work at no cost. All work completed within an hour. Carlos Jr. requested that I keep watch during his work on the roof for 2 reasons: one, as Cristian was in the attic providing assurance that the repairs were proper and two, to be transparent should his inspection uncover any surprises. It was important to both that the work be done right the first time. I was very impressed by the work executed and the company work ethic. I would recommend the company readily.

My wife and I woke up one morning to a leak in our roof that was dripping on our bed. It was cold and rainy (obviously) and as I started calling around to find someone to help stop the leak, only one company nearby could help me - Sugar Land Premier Roofing. They were at my house within a couple of hours and they were able to get on my roof IN THE RAIN and stop the leak with a temporary patch. While they were up there they noticed significant damage that was suffered during Hurricane Harvey and other recent windstorms and noted that my roof also looked near the end of its life. I agreed that it was probably time to replace the roof and they made a deal with me - the patch they just put on would be free if I signed a contract that said they could fix the roof if it needed replacement. I had little to lose, so I agreed. Although the insurance company wasn't quick to agree to replace the roof, they eventually did. Shortly thereafter the team at Sugar Land Premier Roofing got to work. Along the way, they carefully explained how the process worked from filing a claim to working with insurance adjusters. They also educated me about how the type of roof I would have and guaranteed their work in case I was worried it wouldn't be top notch (it was). When all was said and done, I got a new roof that was covered by the insurance company and Sugar Land Premier Roofing worked quickly, efficiently, and as cleanly as possible (there is always going to be some mess), to get a roof over my head that was well-built. They were timely, cleaned up after themselves and overall very trust-worthy. I would 100% use them again if I ever needed another roof and I would recommend them to anybody I know. I cannot recommend enough. If you skipped to the end to read the bottom line, know this: these are the people to hire.

They were always responsive and patient while explaining each step of the process. From getting just the right color of shingle to match the brick to making sure the vent pipes are straight, the team worked hours on every detail. Sugar Land Premier Roofing was prompt to come take a look at my leaking roof. They worked with me and the insurance adjuster and were onsite during the adjuster visit, making sure that the adjuster saw every issue. Once it was determined that my claim was approved, they worked with me on a fair price and were eager to get the job done very promptly. The work was completed on time, with no issues. The crew was polite and left little to no trash behind. I definitely recommend this honest, friendly, local roofing company to anyone!
