Serviced three units. Found and removed a dead snake in one of the units. No additional fees. Technician was prompt and courteous`

Came home last night to find the upstairs at 85 degrees. Downstairs unit was unable to keep up. Called Jackson Air this morning and scheduled for the 4-6 time slot so I didn't have to miss work. Late in the day time blocks can be iffy with some companies but not with Jackson Air. Technician called and said he was running a half hour late but promised to show up. He did and fixed the problems with materials on the truck. It turns out he's the founder's grandson. He talked about how his Grandpa made sure he understood the importance of seeing the job through.

To begin the team who came out were all professional and courteous. All three of them, which later escalated to four did a great job in our home. They replaced the duct work in our attic, got the furnace up to code and set up the outside unit properly. When they were done the technician showed me everything that was done in my attic and truly took a great deal of pride in the work done. I am thankful for the service provided and would highly recommend them to any in need of quality work.

HAD TO CALL TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT,NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED,BOUGHT THE PACKAGE THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST,ENDED UP PAYING THE TECHNICIAN OUT OF MY POCKET

We had an a/c drain line overflow. Mr. Jackson's son came out and capped the line added a spot so we can check it and add bleach, opened a new backup line that was capped off and flushed the line. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was very quick. Great job!

He is great. We were just very pleased with them. I personally feel comfortable with them in the home. I would highly recommend them. He talked to me about his company and how is father started it. they were very good about coming to the door and getting to know you. They explained what was going to be done. They'll be the people we will be using from now on. They cleaned up. They are very good at getting back to me. They came when they said they were going to come. I just felt real comfortable with them. I felt they knew what they were doing.

From scheduling to timeliness of service to answering questions to billing, all went very well. Had good experiences over several years with Jackson.

I called Jackson Air and Heat on Memorial Day and Brian Jackson came out the very next morning. He was very professional, courteous, and told me things about my system no one had ever mentioned. He offered a solution to our problem, but knowing my system was getting very old, I asked for his opinions on a new system. What I liked most about Brian was he led with a solution and didn't go straight for the big sale like the previous vendor did. He showed me several options all at incredible prices. I chose the most expensive option because I couldn't pass up such a good deal. He said he and his crew could come out in three days which was great. They arrived on time and all were also professional and courteous. After a challenging installation due to limited space, we finally had the coolest house in the neighborhood! We will always use Jackson Air for all our AC/Heating needs. Brian even gave us four tickets and parking pass to the Skeeters game of our choice. Thank you Brian and Team!

Great work, brought in enough workers to complete a major job in 1 day, other companies interviewed said it would take 2 days. Cleaned out all old equipment in attic, and installed new equipment. Arrived on time, finished on time, and left job area clean.

They showed up when they said they would. It took them about 5 hours to do all the work, pretty much the length of time they told us it would take. The system works great. We got the 17 SEER two stage system and it works great, it is quieter than our old system was. We are very happy with the work that they did.

Jackson Air conditioning and heating has done a few projects for our house. They charged freon, replaced an AC unit with a new Trane unit, replaced a blower and recently fixed a leaking gas line. On every occasion, the technicians were knowledgeable and professional. The estimates were reasonable and fair, and the work they performed was top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for AC or heating work.

They were excellent. They replaced the air conditioning system outside and in, since then they have come out several times to inspect the system. They were recommended by another neighbor. They are specific dealers for Trane air conditioners. Not every A/C person can install Trane, so that’s one of the reasons why I chose with them because I wanted a Trane unit. They took out my old air conditioner and put a new one in all one day. They installed a new unit and it has been working beautifully and I love it. They even re-routed some of my air conditioning ducts to balance the air in my home. I just felt like I found a great contractor. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They were very professional. This is a family owned business - father and son. The workers were very kind. I called them and somebody came to inspect it right away. In Texas air conditioner is paramount because of the intense heat, especially in the summer months. These guys are top rated. I have had others ask me about their services. The price was reasonable.

Good. I have used them for over 10 years from simple check-ups to whole AC/Heater replacements. I will continue to use them.

Called these guys on Wednesday afternoon, they showed up exactly at 8am on Thursday and give me a quote. I phoned up a few other shops for quotes and these guys were about even par, maybe just a bit more, but I was not able to compare like for like exactly. I gave them the go ahead and they showed up Friday morning at 8am once again on time to start work. The old system was out and the new one was in place working in about 5 hours total. Really impressed with these guys, they even touched up some paint on the ceiling without me even mentioning it. They were clean, quick and despite being young in age fairly knowledgeable. I was really impress with the punctuality most of all, and they seem to stock a large inventory so they had a complete unit within a day. The guys were polite as well. I've had the unit for a few months now and it runs great and the electric bills are lower.

I did not want to use them because they were to expensive.

I've used them for over 30 years. They're trustworthy and honest. They come when they're supposed to come. I've never had one problem in those 30 years. I have nothing but respect for them. I have recommended them to my friend.

Jackson's installation crew was very professional and they performed the work very well. They took all the old equipment and miscellanous items away and left a very neat and clean installation. Very pleased with everything they did.

Initial review and estimate were quickly done. There was a delay in getting the job scheduled, but with a reminder call they came out promptly and did the job. Their judgments on what benefits could be obtained were spot on. The two man crew completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time, were careful not to make a mess in cutting new vents in the ceiling, and cleaned up afterward.

They did a good job and got it all done in one day. They even cleaned up afterwards. When they were working, they explained how to operate in low control. Overall they did me a good job and I really don't have any complaints about it. I didn't get a price comparison; I just liked them because they are family owned and they’ve been in business for a long time. I think they do an excellent job and they are very responsive. They showed up when they said they would and finished by the time when they said they would.

They are really good. We've used them for years. They are super and they show up when they are supposed to. They even After hurricane Ike they came out here to help us. Recently, Brian, a representative helped us out so that we could receive a $1,000 rebate.

I use them all the time. I’ve used them for twenty years now. They are the best company in Sugar Land. The amount I pay them is a little bit more than what other people would pay outside. They were the ones that installed my units that I have right now. It’s been a while now. I’ve had furnaces, air conditioning units and duct work replaced by them. I’ve had a lot of work done by them over all these years. If I have any repairs they come out immediately. I would use their services again in the future.

Jackson Air are very efficient and professional air conditioner people. We have had them out for about four years now to do our maintenance on our air conditioners. They are very punctual when they come, and they clean everything, replace any filters needed, and check things over to make sure it s running properly. Jackson Air was out not to long ago and serviced two systems for me.

TOOK A HALF DAY TO COMPLETE WITH 3 MEN WORKING. THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY; FAIR AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE. I USE THEM FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON MY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING.

TWO CLEANLY-DRESSED TECHNICIANS ARRIVED ON TIME AND DIAGNOSED MY PROBLEM. (BOTH COILS WERE LEAKING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.) THEY REPLACED THE COILS IN A TIMELY FASHION AND REMOVED THE OLD ONES. THEY LEFT NO TRASH IN MY ATTIC.
