The tech was courteous and walk me thru the diagnosis process, he never tried to over sell a service or exaggerate the problem. Excellent. Checked both units. Adding freon to unit that was not cooling.

The line was replaced by a new line on the outside of the house.

They were on time. I would tell others that they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The workers were nice guys.

Brian came out and used a sniffing device to check out the evaporator and the condenser. He found a leak in a needle valve used for checking the refrigerant pressure at the condenser. The leak was stopped with a brass valve cap (similar to the ones used on car tires). He added 2.5 lbs of refrigerant. Brian was very professional and showed me exactly where the leak was and checked the pressures and power consumption.

Repair was done, but just found out that the weld was not done well...leaking around the weld AND found that the original AC company (J&K Air) that put our AC in, would have charged us only $800 for the same warranty condensor. They would have replaced the whole unit out back for $2300.00. We spent a total of $2749 and had to call J&K out to fix what they screwed up. We are no longer calling Jackson and going back to J&K. They are much better and do not CHEAT their customers.

Repair tech got to work and took care of business, professional yet friendly

It went well. About 5 years ago they replaced our first one and that's why we chose them again. We were very happy with their work. It has reduced our monthly electric bill.

I moved into a new home that required a new (actually 2) AC. I had already received a pitiful quote from a AC company that I have used for a LONG time (installed two brand new systens back in 2005 and had service agreement since). I called 'Jackson Air Conditioning & Heating' and Brian came out, we discussed the situation and Brian gave me quote for a great system that I felt comfortable with. The crew came and installed it (2 Trance XL18i systems) yesterday. It was a joy watching them working. They had been with the company for a LONG time, and that was obvious since they knew what they were doing and seemed to enjoy their work. I typically don't change from company to company, but I feel confident and VERY happy that I did. I believe Brian and his team will take care of my family for years to come. Good job guys.

Punctual and professional. Very easy process to schedule the service date. He replaced both of our thermostats with ones that we provided. He serviced both of our air conditioning units.

Did exactly what was in the tune up scope, but wasn't able to provide a good explanation for a potential issue I mentioned with the motor. That is the reason I can't rate them 'A'. Now, I am looking for another service provider to help me diagnose.
