This Company is the BOMB. They started off by responding quickly via Facebook messenger. Then for the scheduled appointment, I was contacted to keep me aware of any delays and the ETA. Vanessa my Initial point of contact made me feel welcomed.and secure, she provided all information required to get started. Frank the technician made it feel like I called my brother over to fix my washer. I feel bonded with this company like they are family. frank did a wonderful job of finding the problem; even when so far as to consult with the manufacturer.

I called. Company offered an appointment for the next day, but I preferred a time two days hence (a Friday). Technician Frank Tovar called — as the scheduler had said he would — about 20 minutes before the scheduled time and actually arrived early. He diagnosed the problem, identified and ordered the part, and said the part would take about a week. We prepaid for the part and installation. The following Friday, the schedules called me and set a Saturday time for the repair to be completed. Again, Frank called when he was about 10 minutes away, repaired and tested the dishwasher, and was gone in less than 30 minutes, leaving no mess. He even wore a mask, given these pandemic times. The best part: For less than $300, I didn’t have to replace my 12+ year-old, well-made dishwasher.

Village Appliance repair was very responsive and was very knowledgeable about our vent hood that need repair. We had to order parts and they came in and came back exactly when they said they would. Payment was easy as well. I was surprised that our service guy did not wear a mask. That should be required. Would recommend their services.

The team was very good at communicating and keeping arrival times. While there was a small hitch with the new replacement part that was ordered, the team quickly mobilized to find a replacement and get it installed as quickly as possible. Very satisfied with their service and attention!

Very well. He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it quickly. He was courteous, competent and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy and will use this company again.

Called at around 9am to schedule a visit. They took the model of the washing machine and error code. The appointment was scheduled between 12pm and 1 pm same day. I got a call from the technician about 11:50am and he advised he was about 15 minutes away. The technician arrived just after 12pm. He was very courteous and neatly-dressed. He diagnosed the problem, showing me the issue and his troubleshooting steps, and then provided a quote for repairs. To my pleasant surprise he had the part to repair the washer with him (the reason they wanted the model number and error code was so they could come prepared). He fixed the washer, verified the repair, cleaned up the laundry room and was on his way by 1pm.

Everything went well and it was installed in a timely manne. The service was appreciated.

Frank did an excellent job in accomplishing this tricky repair. He spent as much time as needed to expose the broken part and explained that another OEM part needed to be ordered. Houston Village Appliance Repair accepted partial payment for the part, and then full payment when Frank came back to install the part. I will call Houston Village Appliance in the future for any appliance repairs we have.$475
