Description of Work: They were aware of my need before job but declined to connect already installed roof vent fans due to safety concerns & lack of equipment to work at height (~10 feet). With them here I asked about three receptacles. They were unable or reluctant to install or repair. They did tighten screws on two receptacles ($25 per screw, 6-7 minutes total). Offered to come back if I installed an elevated plywood work platform in the attic. Seemed like every request was met with a "can't do attitude".

Description of Work: He must be pretty good as he is very busy. It took about 3 weeks for him to get to me. |He was on time. He did not seem the least bit interested in my wants and was very quick to say "no" or "can't do that." |As he was walking to his truck I asked about the money I paid in advance, he looked over hi shoulder and said "you have 90 days to use it." |He then got in his truck and left. I won't be seeking any further services from this company.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal from them for $200 electrical services.

Description of Work: Did not show up at appointed time. Responded via Angie's message to approve appt. time but did not receive a confirmation so I called 3 days in advance to confirm. When vendor dd not show up at appointed time I called and vendor who claimed he did not have the appt. on his calendar. He came thirty minutes after the call and did spend 2 hours doing work like replacing old outlets and switches. When the 2 hr. time frame elapsed he said he had to go even though I offered to pay more to finish the job. He indicated I got more service then what the deal was worth. He may have been correct but the missed appt. and attitude would keep me from using this vendor again. Don't put deals on Angie's list if you can't live up to the deal or meet the expected resonses.

Description of Work: Replaced the interior of a pot light. The actual project I really wanted done was not possible according to the company representative. I paid $99 for a service that should have cost about $50.00. Cost is my issue in this case.

Description of Work: Bill installed 2 ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms. His pricing was excellent, especially using Big Deal. I got Big Deal for 2 hours of work from another electrician (Ben F) before him and got a quote to install the same fans for $200-300 each, in addition to the Big Deal I already paid for. It took some back and forth to schedule the installation, but He did very good work.

Description of Work: I responded to the request for feedback on this service provider. The problem was that he does not service the area where I live in the Woodlands, north of the city of Houston. Angie's list keeps sending me promotions from service providers who will not come into the Woodlands, and only service areas west and south of Houston. I would like to see specials for my area which includes Conroe and the Woodlands. |I also would like my mastercard reimbursed for the $99.00 spent for the electric service that I am not able to recieve. Thank you.

Description of Work: Replaced my electrical panel. There were extra costs that I didn't know about (they were reasonable - permits) but it could have been mentioned. Bill is Expert Electric and he certainly knows what he's doing. He delivered as promised, and did a great job, but the city inspector had one objection before issuing the permit so Bill had to come back, then the inspector had to come back. Overall, I was very satisfied, with the service and with the cost. I will definitely use Expert Electric again.

Description of Work: Bill and Isaac arrived promptly and were very professional and thorough. They installed 3 fixtures (one of which required considerable assembly)and removed the old fixtures. They tested their work to be sure everything was working properly and cleaned up afterwards. Everything turned out perfectly, and I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Shortage with the light in a room was fixed and a ceiling fan was installed. Everything went great. I have absolutely no issues with the work Expert Electric performed. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Two people came out to replace a fluorescent light fixture in my kitchen with one I had had already purchased.They also installed an outdoor outlet on a wall where there was an indoor outlet (so they just needed to poke a hole in the wall and do the wiring. One person worked at a time. The other watched. It took a little over an hour. |The $99 special was supposed to be half price. That means their normal rate must be high.

Description of Work: Expert Electric evaluated the issue and provided estimate ($500) to rewire something in the attic to restore power to all outlets in the game room. I got another electrician. He found the issue which is different from what he found and fixed it for $75.

Description of Work: The electrical panel was replaced and the job went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: Installed a plug on a wall that had a switch. |The electrician had a negative attitude and unkempt appearance. His helper installed the plug but they did not have the standard cover plate so I said ok to the mismatched one because it would be behind a cabinet. I noted when they left that it was off center and the hole that was cut is larger than the plate. |He asked for a good review as he left.
