Bill was very reponsive. He answered the phone everytime I called from the first call to the subsequent calls where I wanted to change the day and time of the service. He came over within one day to scope the job and provide a quote. I had some time constraints and a short window of availability to get the work done, he worked within my schedule. He showed up on time. He was flexible and offered some options to consider in where to run the wiring and conduit. The service was professional and provided in a very timely manner (2 hours).

This was a small job, but they showed up on time and performed the work in a professional manner for a fair price. I would definitely use them again.

This was a great experience for us. After having the power out in half of the house and no ac, we were pretty upset and we didn't know what to do. So we Googled Sugar Land elecricians and Bill popped up. This guy is a pro. Strait to the point no bs. I called him early in the morning told him what had happened and he told me he would come check it out. Bill came over when he said he would, checked it all out and gave me an estimate on the spot. His estimate wasn't the cheapest but it was exactly what we wanted. We got 5 different estimates and his was in the middle. Some guys were overpriced and other guys didn't even have a license. So we decided to go with him because he is honest, works fast and licensed. He really didn't even take much of our time and he accepts lots of different payment options. We like the way he runs his business and are grateful for the work he did for us. We are definitely using him for any other electrical services and would recommended him to everybody.

I hired Bill with EXPERT ELECTRIC to fix several electrical problems in my home that is only 5 years old! Bill was prompt, clean, incredibly professional and courteous. I also found him to be cost conscious and felt he was keeping my best interest in mind. Bill was accurate and fixed all the issues the FIRST TIME, unlike a few past electricians. In fact, Bill saw two drawers pulled out and sitting on the counter with the faces off of them, he offered to repair them for me at NO charge! Now, this was beyond courteous! I was very happy because Home Depot wanted to charge me $180.00 and my home builder would not return my calls, but Bill said it was an easy repair. I have already referred Bill with EXPERT ELECTRIC to a few friends and they called to thank me!! I highly recommend this company!!

I am very happy with the service that was provided and Bill is my favorite contractor. When I called Bill, we were still waiting on delivery of my modular buildings. He was very punctual and came right on time to the job site. The bid process involved visualizing the end result, and Bill was very quick in calculating the amount of materials and price for the job. After our buildings were delivered, Bill and his team measured the exact amount of wire and started feeding them through the conduits. We have 2 buildings, so each building received a seperate feed and was connected to 1 breaker box and 1 meter. A previous contractor used unshielded aerial wire, which presented a risk to the service provider when connecting service. Bill took notice of this and replaced this wire for us. Our electricity was turned on shortly after passing city inspection, and we are very pleased with the work.
