Description of Work: Purchased a coupon for $200 of electrical work... I wanted an outside flood light installed. It was an easy install because the power was available at the location of the install... He only had to provide 1 piece of 1/2" emt conduit and 5' of wire... He did not seal the hole in the wall, nor use a nipple into the outlet. The total install only took 45 minutes, not counting the trip to Home Depot for 1 stick on conduit, which he should have had some with him... I am not happy with the price. I used to be a general contractor and am aware of pricing...

Description of Work: Installed new hanging porch light and changed light bulbs in backyard fixture

Description of Work: Brought electrical box up to code as required by the city of Houston that included the replacement of the electrical box, meter and riser. Bill advised us we needed a permit from the city and arranged for us , advised who to contact and when to have the electricity shut off. He arrived on time, determined and obtained the equipment needed and completed the project the Same day as promised. We had a problem with the city's permit department delaying the time for the reconnect. Bill worked with the city to resolve the problem and made certain the electricity was restored as soon as possible. It was a We were pleased with Bill's work, professionalism and responsiveness to our problem with the city. We will definitely use him in the future.

Description of Work: I called and asked him if the coupon would cover some of the work I needed and was told that it would. After I bought the coupon, the electrician contacted me and said he is not interested in the work I need done and asked me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

Description of Work: He moved microwave from a 15amp circuit breaker to a 20amp breaker at owner's request. Bill arrived promptly on time and finished job in 15 minutes. The shift makes a huge difference. We can now use the microwave and toaster oven simultaneously. Bill was pleasant and cooperative. I will definitely ask him to come back if/when we need further work. It's rare to find a person like this. He deserves all the good accolades.
