Clean As A Whistle Inc

I dropped them off a little bit before Thanksgiving and they told me they would be ready on the day before Thanksgiving. I went and picked up the one and I was satisfied with the cleaning, but the other one, they held on to because they were not satisfied. They wanted to try to get more stains out of it. So, they held on to that one up until the second week of December or the third week and they did a good job on both of them. They have really good customer service. They are very professional. This is my second time using them. They cleaned the carpets in my house. When we painted and we just got through remodeling, I took my carpets there to be cleaned. They are very knowledgeable about other things other than just rug cleaning because we just remodeled and I had them clean two rugs. Then, I purchased a third rug and I thought I might have to have it hemmed or altered because of the space that I am going to put it in and they were able to recommend a company that does alterations or hems rugs which I ended up not needing, but it was nice that they knew of somebody that they could recommend. They have other contacts within the industry.

The workers are really good. Everyone is real prompt and helpful. When you are sitting there in the waiting room and someone is already helping you, they still come up to you and ask if someone is helping you. They do not just walk by you and thought you are not there.

I have used them a few times now. I did have to call them back to do some of the other cleaning again because it wasn't up to how I wanted it done. I'm going to have to call them back again because I noticed the bottom of the drapery in my family room has spots on it which undoubtedly was from their machine that sprayed onto the curtain. However, they always do a good job and they always come when I call them back.

We use Clean as a Whistle several times, very happy with them. It's been the same guy every time.

They did a good job. I do not have any complaints about their job. I was a little disappointed with the price. They were on time for everything. They were thorough in covering all the areas and you do not have to remind them of something they missed.

I would tell a friend to sign up for their contract. We actually have a contract with them for three years. They come out at least once a year to clean. I wasn't there when it was done, I was out of state. It probably took 2 or 3/4 hours.

The person doing the work was very professional and did an excellent job. The price to me seemed high,but the work was good. I paid the higher price because I thought I would get a better job and I did.

Clean As A Whistle came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I will use then again.

Very personable and professional. The results were great, the price was a little high. I tried another company for same type of job in another home to save money, but the results were nowhere near as good and the price ended up close enough that I wish I had used Clean As A Whistle again.

They also do a great job cleaning carpets and sofa and recommend ways to save money and protect your future and carpets in the future. Would recommend them without hesitation. They are not the cheapest provider, but the quality and customer service makes up for it.

It's cheaper if you deliver the work to them. They're a little bit high on the price but they're worth it. Everything they do is very professional and way above standards. They are very informative and the work they do is of outstanding quality.

We started using them before we were ever members of Angie’s List. The cost was quite a bit because we have several rugs.

Service tech showed up 30 mins early and first accessed the sq ft. Gave me the price which was same as estimate I got from head office. There was little sale trick going on by tech for selling the protection and other packages. I stayed away from that as I had a plan any way to change my carpets in a year.

I would give them an A across the board. They got some stains out that we were unable to and another company was unable to remove. They got the carpets cleaner than I ever would have hoped for.

Great. They made visit for estimate and the cost was significantly less than a phone quote as they based it on the actual carpet area to be cleaned (I did have any furniture moved like the bed and armoir). Extremely punctual. They called to request earlier time to visit - and gave me an hour lead time for it. I had to reschedule the set cleaning appointment and it was no hassle at all. They were here and gone within time frame estimated. Very courteous. Explained everything.

sFirst they did an inspection and told us what they could do and what they could not do. The thoroughly vacuumed the carpet before any cleaning began. They protected the legs on furniture. They pre-treated heavily soiled areas. They told us how long to dry and they left the place in very good conditions before they left. Pretty much everything you would expect! It was the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had. Since then, we refer our clients to Clean As A Whistle for all of the services they provide, and our clients always give us rave reviews on this company. The offer a consistently high level of customer service and their people are the most helpful and courteous service representatives we have ever dealt with. This company could teach the world of service industry businesses what to do! I am proud to recommend them. e
