An incredibly thorough job. The technician spent a lot of time, a gave a lot of attention to detail. Prior to Clean as a Whistle, I have never had a carpet cleaning service provide such excellent results. The carpets were already in pretty good shape, but still an impressive "before" and "after". Company was able to come out same day I called. They cleaned my daughter’s room and 4 others that hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Work looks great and they finished in a little over an hour.

I brought 2 oriental rugs (10x13 and 7x10) to the office to be cleaned. They charge $75 to pick up and return from your house. I contemplating doing that but they did not have a good time slot available. I took the rugs in and met with Juan. He quoted me at $715 for the larger rug (cleaning and protectorate). My other rug had some pet stains on it and he was unsure how clean they could get it but he was sure that they could get the odor out. That rug was $315. I recently purchased new carpet and floors and they have some kinda of deal with clean as a whistle so I got 20% off. My grand total was $891.98. I was given a date to pick up the rugs. I picked them on that date. I asked questions about the pet stain rug. He had no information on how it turned out. l brought the rugs home. They smell ok but not great. The larger one I assume is clean - it is hard to tell since it is a dark rug. The smaller one still has the stains and does not look great. A friend of mine recommended that I take that rug to another place that specializes in Oriental rugs. I will probably take the smaller one there. Clean as whistle might be great for other things but if you have nice Oriental rugs I would recommend that you take them somewhere that specializes in those kinds of rugs. I feel like I threw $900 down the toilet. I received a call from Clean as A Whistle the next day. They wanted to pick up my rugs and clean them again. They picked them promptly and returned them a week later. The pickup and delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Both of the rugs had no odor which is good. The smaller rug still had the stains but after researching on the internet, I expected to still see the stains. I definitely appreciate the extra effort to clean the rugs. Good customer service

Its a lot to have one chair cleaned, but it was the minimal. The only comment is they had a high minimal charge, and I only needed one dining chair cleaned after an dinner party accident. The communication was good. I knew it was going to be expensive, but I chose them. I wanted it done properly.

They are good, I am a return customer. Yes, I would use them again. My realtor connected me with them. They were very professional. Their customer service was great.

They cleaned the carpet. we had no furniture in the room, so cannot comment on that aspect.

They did a great job on both the rug and upholstery cleaning, unfortunately the stain on the rug as pretty tough and they were not able to get it all out. They cleaned the rug at my house, normally they recommend rugs be cleaned at their facility. I may send the rug back with them next time.

The sofa was much improved. Not everything came out, but the sofa is 20 yr old and had never been cleaned.

Very well. Rug was pre treated and sat for about 15 minutes. Then the technician began cleaning the rug. The rug came out very nice and it was very clean.

They were able to pick up the rug (we could've dropped it off to avoid a pickup fee if we had the time) quickly. They dropped it back off on schedule with no pet odor and all stains removed. For smaller/cheaper rugs we'd probably just clean them ourselves but for something this high end the cost of the service was negligible.

It went really well. There is no way they can improve. They are very efficient. They do a great job. If there is an extra spot, they will go ahead and do it. They put little tabs under the furniture, you know, under the legs and that's about it. Very personable. Very nice. In and out. They do their job very quickly and they are gone.

There were two workers who did the work. It took them about four hours to complete the work. They left the area very clean. They did a good job removing stains.

I think they're alright. My couch cushions could have be cleaner. I was disappointed at the way it turned out. I thought it would be cleaner than it looked.
