Description of Work: We had had previous construction so the carpeting was dirtier than usual, |the first trip after construction was completed but there were spots |where the dust was deep down in the fibers. We had them come back and spot |clean these, that turned out well and the service person did a good job.

Description of Work: Called for service on a wood floor that they told me on the phone that they provide. When the representative arrived, he told me they do not do the service I was looking for. They wasted my time and the person on the phone was at best misinformed. I had used them for carpet cleaning several years ago and they wanted to charge more than was quoted. I had hoped it was just a misunderstanding and thought I would give them a second chance. No more chances. I would not recommend. |

Description of Work: It's been a while since Clean as a Whistle has cleaned our carpets but we've used their company for many years and are always happy with them. Their prices are not low but I always feel like I can trust them and know they will do an excellent job.

Description of Work: Took Oriental rugs out for cleaning. If you deliver rugs to their place you get 25% off but we did not have the ability to do that. They did a great job picking up and delivering the rugs. We had a large 11x13'rug and a 6'round rug cleaned. The round rug was also odor treated for pet stains. Both look great after the cleaning.

Description of Work: They washed and cleaned the carpet upstairs carpet. They had really good customer service and they were very punctual. We like their service and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: They did carpet cleaning. We were very happy with the service. They convinced us to buy premium services that I thought were a waste of money. However, the core service was fine.

Description of Work: I had to get my late mother's couch and chairs cleaned. She had lived in a nursing home dementia care facility, and had gotten chocolate and coffee stains all over it. She was also incontinent from time to time, and although the home had immediately cleaned it up, there was still a perfumey smell (Febreze?) in it. The furniture was a simple danish modern (vintage 50's) style so nothing fancy and cushiony. I checked out Angies List and found Clean as a Whistle hightly recommended. They came promptly and did a great job in removing any residual stains and getting rid of that smell. I can actually use that furniture in my house now. Since the proper danish fabrics are hard to find here, i wanted to try restoring before reupholstering. I will definitely use them again when I need things cleaned. Heidi Good
