The company did a great job. They showed up on time, finished within the expected time-frame, and left an impression that they cared about having done a good job. They took pride in the fact that they were able to clean the pathway in the hall without leaving any trace of it.

Great work. They were on time, treated the spots, did a thorough job, and left me with a spot cleaner for future use. Also, when arranging the service on the phone they provided a reasonable estimate and inquired about and factored in the Angie's List discount.

A team of 2 showed up for the project on time, did a quick run-through of the house, explained the process and then started work. They were professional and polite and got the job done in about 3.5 hours.

Both men arrived clean and professional looking. One came in the front door to look over the job while the other moved their truck to my back door. They walked from room to room, pointed out and described problems and what they would do to correct them. All questions were answered thoroughly and politely. I was given a quote for the job before they started the cleaning. I had moved most of the small furniture into a room that wasn't to be cleaned;the remainder of heavy furniture they placed on styrofoam blocks as they cleaned. They finished about one hour before the manager had estimated. Every thing had been put back in place before they left. After it dried and I could go back in and walk on it, I could tell right away they had done an excellent job. I chose this cleaner because they had an A rating and that was the type job I wanted done, and that was what I got.

I was very happy with the work. They were very professional and the carpet looks like new.

This company does a wonderful job. I have used them before for carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning and I have always been extremely pleased. They are not cheap but it's worth it to have the work done so well.

I had called and set up an appointment to have their "12 step cleaning process" done on all of my carpet, which includes commercial pre-vacuuming. When they started spraying solution in the dining room, I commented on the fact that they were suppose to vacuum first, (I have two dogs of my own and four when my daughters are here from college) and he said that it broke as they were vacuuming upstairs, but it wasn't that important because the steam-cleaning gets most of the dirt and dog hair, not the vacuuming(even though their website says the "pre-vacuuming is one of the most important steps" of cleaning the carpet.) When they were done cleaning I ran my hand a few times over the carpet and came up with handfuls of pet hair. They raked the carpet a few times only in the dining room but I was still very upset. I can imagine the amount of dirt they left from not vacuuming first. They offered to come back and do the downstairs again and set up an appointment for next week, what a pain!

A few residual stains were cleaned promptly.

I had thought this would be a complete carpet cleaning, and the original estimate was $600+. Still based upon other Angie's List reports, I thought this was reasonable. They called and moved the appointment to earlier in the day. On arrival, Jermaine and Charles were very friendly, sizing the job up as more a spot cleaning and deep cleaning of the trafficked areas in the aforementioned rooms. They did a phenomenal job, and all but two spots came up completely. (We had mostly coffee and kitty urp spots). Only a red stain failed to disappear entirely. There was also a mold stain that wont come up but was significantly reduced in intensity. The men were efficient, professional, friendly, and had good suggestions for preventing further stains. They moved small pieces of furniture. The charge is based upon square footage, and moving furniture is not extra. The price seems a little high, but I am quite pleased and would use them again. They will be coming out to stretch carpet in future.

This is a great company! The technicians arrived on time, explained everything, and did a great job on my carpets. There was an area in the study that had a lot of pet stain and odor. They took care of that.

The work was excellent, the interactions pleasant, and the prices reasonable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Call center was very helpful and professional, answered questions I had. Michael showed up exactly on time and did his job very well with detailed information of what I could expect and measures to help prevent dog tracks getting on carpet and gave me a bottle of cleaner to use for accidents made to carpet.

The serviceman was very helpful on repairing, then replacing my damaged carpet. The people at the office were not as helpful or courteous.

I called this company because of its great reviews on this list--I figured that if they could not take care of the dirt and stains then no one could and it was time to replace the carpets. They were amazing! Even the initial phone call was more courteous and professional than I've come to expect. The workers came on time, asked me about the sources of the stains, explained what they were doing, and worked in a very professional, friendly manner. They had been scheduled to work three hours, but it ended up taking about five. They didn't rush but were extremely careful and thorough. They got out stains that I was certain were in for life, and my carpets look almost new again. These folks definitely know their business, and I'll continue to use them (because that pesky dog is a mess...).

This company performed an excellent job in cleaning my carpet. There were stains that I thought could never come out, and they were able to get them out. My carpet was spotless when these guys were finished. There were only a couple of furniture stains left that the estimator told me they wouldn't be able to remove because of its nature. However, the stain was less prominent after their attempt. There was also a portion of my carpet that was ripped and they stretched it and made it look like new.

I have had nothing but good quality work from this company. I have been using them for quite sometime and I am pleased. The people are very nice. When they come out they actually move all of my furniture so that they are able to get behind things, I think that is wonderful. The heavy stains that I sometime encounter, are never a problem the stains are always deep cleaned and removed without a problem. The carpet is usually dry within an hour or so, which I dont think is too bad. The price is fair, I usually pay in advance and if the service is not that much, I am refunded.

Clean As A whistle is a very great company. The service they provide is always great and I am rather pleased with everything. The carpets look great and they smell terrific. The smell is actually still there after three months. All the stains that I once had are now gone. I don t know what in the world they used, but it really worked out great.

Clean As A Whistle took my call promptly and came around to give me an estimate. Their prices were quite reasonable, and they explained the cleaning system and the guarantee. The cleaning was scheduled for the next day, and the technician was on time. He moved all the furniture in the two rooms he cleaned and moved it back in place when he was finished. He did a wonderful job, and the carpet looks brand new. I don't recall what they charged to clean my furniture.

Clean As A Whistle did a great job of cleaning the carpets in my home. They got all the high traffic areas clean and left no residue on the base boards. I really like the workers and always feel that they are professional and courteous. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them.

Clean As A Whistle cleans all of my carpets in the whole house. I have used the company for over two years now with no problems and the work is always done in an hour or so. They also move furniture when needed. They do a good job at removing spots and getting out pet odors.

The technician answered my call promptly & followed up immediately with an estimate & cleaning job. He was very reasonable with his prices & was able to explain the cleaning procedure of oriental rugs. The carpet cleaning was scheduled & the technician was on time. He moved the furniture & cleaned the carpet thoroughly. He put the furniture back in its place & took my oriental rugs with him to clean them. He did an excellent job on the carpet & is highly recommended.

THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. THEY CLEANED AND STRETCHED THE CARPET TO OUR SATISFACTION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

I have used company several times in the past; however, they are quite expensive. I think that you get what you pay for. I think they have excellent products and are a top of the line company. I felt they are very professional and did a great job for us.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. AS TIME = MONEY FOR ME, HAVING A GREAT SERVICE PERFORMED ON TIME IS CRITICAL, SO AS NOT TO WASTE MY TIME MAKING $. ALTHOUGH THE PRICE WAS MUCH ABOVE WHAT OTHER COMPANY'S ''ADVERTISED PRICES'' ARE, THE RESULTS WERE PHENOMENAL. THE ORIGINAL CARPET OF MY 6+ YEAR TOWNHOME HAS BEEN CLEANED TWICE IN 6+ YEARS BY ANOTHER COMPANY, YET CLEAN AS A WHISTLE MADE IT LOOK BRAND NEW. THE TECHNICIANS WERE ON TIME (TIME IS MONEY), AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID NOT TRY TO ''UP SELL'' ADDITIONAL SERVICES/TREATMENTS. THEY SHOWED ME THEIR WORK ALONG THE WAY AND WERE OPEN TO QUESTIONS. BOTTOM LINE - CLEAN AS A WHISTLE WAS MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT DEFINITELY WORTH THE EXTRA $. THIS TRULY IS A SITUATION OF YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND IN THIS CASE - EXCELLENT WORK. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ''CLEAN AS A WHISTLE'' FOR CARPET CLEANING SERVICES.

THE OFFICE TEAM WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY WERE A BIT PRICEY, BUT LIVED UP TO THEIR REPUTATION (AND DIDN'T GIVE US ANY SURPRISES!). THEY WERE TIMELY, PROFESSIONAL, AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. WE ARE HAPPY TO SAY THAT NEITHER OUR CHILDREN OR PETS HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CHEMICALS, AND THE CARPET DRIED AS QUICKLY AS THEY SAID IT WOULD. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
