Fabulous!!! They called prior to their arrival to reestimate what time they would show up. The person I spoke to confirmed what I was to do and not to do (don't waste your time vacuuming). They arrived on time (with-in their 1 hour agreed to window). They were very professional and described everything they were doing. My carpets haven't looked this good since I moved in to my new home 4 years ago. Their prices were higher than what I've paid in the past and it is worth it!

It went very well. The carpet was really a mess and they cleaned it way beyond what I thought was possible. The technicians were very professional and informative.

They did a great job. Two young men came on a Saturday. They were professional and good. They were a little bit late, but they called me ahead of time and let me know they were running a bit late. Not only did the crew call, but the office called as well. They were very friendly. They explained the entire process and costs prior to doing any work. It took them about five hours to complete the job. The only downside was the carpet in the den remained wet for almost two days, but other than that, they did a great job. They are expensive, but they are worth it.

Excellent. When we decided not to replace floors due to economic uncertainty in the market I immediately called Clean As A Whistle to preserve our current floors. The gentlemen that come are always the most professional, polite, and helpful. Calling for an appointment is a delight because I get to speak to a HUMAN, and a nice one, too. I have been using the services of CAAW for several years, ranging from whole house cleaning to spot cleaning pet stains. And I can always call with a care question and get a clear, helpful response.

Just to note: This cleaning company was selected by our moving company to repair damages during the move. The technicians came promptly as scheduled. When making the appointment, I had requested a separate estimate/work order to clean a chair because the cost of cleaning the mattress and boxspring were covered by the moving company, however, the technicians were not aware of the request. Decided against cleaning the chair because the quote was very high; $108 for one chair. Upon inspecting their finished work, I was disappointed to notice quite a few areas that they had totally missed and other areas where the dirt did not completely come out. I had to point them out one by one so that they could re-clean those areas. I was also a little disappointed that they did not take care to keep the door closed as much as possible, only allowing enough space for the hose and cord. It was a hot day, the A/C was running and they kept leaving the door wide open.

Two man crew was on time. Completed work in stated time, about 3 hours. They were courteous and did their job in a professional manner.

Technician was very courteous, arrived at scheduled time and completed the work within alloted time. First, he reviewed each room with me as I pointed out any spots that needed extra care. The work was done quickly but thoroughly. The entire area was reviewed again before he left. A return call was necessary because of a red wine stain. (It did not show up until after the carpet was dry.) Again everyone was very courteous. The return work was scheduled the very next work day. Using a different technique the stain came completely up, no extra charge and a promise to come back again if necessary. The technician recleaned almost the entire room again, even though everything else looked great. I could not be more pleased with this experience with Clean as a Whistle.

I was very pleased with the entire process. The technicians were friendly and professional, making sure I knew exactly what they were doing and notified me of any issues they discovered as they worked. They cleaned up afterward as if they had never been there. The furniture looks like new.

I thought they were really good and had appropriate pricing for the service. They even did little extras, like leave behind shoe covers so you could walk on the carpet right away. I was impressed that you could walk on the carpet so soon and it was totally dry in a few hours.

They come quickly. They are extremely professional. You cannot tell where the rug has been patched. The areas that were cleaned look and feel great. Cleanup is superb. A little expensive.

They responded quickly, confirmed appointment, and arrived on time for the task. They provide a brief of job and confirmed measurement, and re adjusted the billing accordingly. The team performed the job within guidelines and met my expectations. They also provided materials to walk upon the floor while drying and how to care for carpet instructions.

I am very pleased with the work performed. When making the reservation, the agent went through all my options and told me what to expect. The work crew arrived on time and was very efficient with their work. The entire job took about 3 hours and they left me with a bottle of stain remover. The carpets and furniture look 100% better after cleaning.

The servicemen were on time and completed the job in about 90 minutes. There were very bad stains on the stairs and other high traffic areas and we were pessimistic that they would be able to get them out. Surprisingly, they did come out and the carpets look great. Very professional, friendly and efficient.

They price was a little high, but work was excellent. If I had a need for the same work I would use them again.

We had puppy stains all over and the technician made the carpet look brand new. they were accurate on their estimate. Excellent service and professional. I was thrilled and we will use them again as needed.

Overall, it went GREAT! Dealing with this company was a joy! From the professional person who took my initial information over the phone, to their showing up right on time, to the exceptional cleanliness and care that they took with our home, it was an outstanding experience. I understand why so many people rave about this company. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely use them again. I also felt that their prices were extremely reasonable. Overall, a top-notch experience. They did a great job getting rid of the heavily soiled areas on the carpet. It made the six year old carpet look almost-new. They did tell me that they weren't sure that they could remove all of the heavily soiled areas, but they exceeded my expectations. Another company had cleaned our carpets just four months ago, but it was not nearly as well done as this.

Clean As A Whistle was VERY thorough. They took time to check out each room for areas that would need special attention and brought them to our attention before starting the process. Be warned, they take at least twice as long as other carpet cleaning services, but the result is MORE than twice as good. The technicians answered our questions about keeping our carpet in good shape, and our shabby carpet actually looked like new when it dried. I will definitely use this company again, and will refer them to anyone who needs the services they provide.
