They are extremely professional. They provide very good customer service. They did a great job. I expected a little bit better quality on some of their cleaning but it wasn’t bad. I think they were fantastic.

They were wonderful and I would use them a gain in future if need be.

It was excellent. I highly recommend them. They're reasonable with prices and they do excellent work. They came here a couple of times. They did a lot of work and I was very happy. They're excellent. I'm gonna use them again. When they leave, they leave you a coupon. It's really nice. It's a really good company.

It turned out excellent. I tried spot cleaning and I couldn't get the smell out. I think I got the urine out, but the smell lingered. They came, picked them up, took them, cleaned them and brought them back. Oh my god, awesome! It was under $1000. I called around first. This one kind of guaranteed they could get the odor out. Some of them were more hesitant. They were like, "We can't guarantee anything." But they guaranteed me and they did. I think it was really reasonable. I think it was less than what I was getting quotes for, for just the one rug.

It was my first time using them and the service went okay. They advertised they would move the furniture around to cover all areas of the carpet. I am not quite sure they actually did that and I had to have them come back out. I thought the pricing was a little high for what they did. The technician may have been new but he was very nice. It was pretty easy to schedule them out.

I want to be fair to this provider. We use them at work quarterly and they do a GREAT job. The price is always the same and they are very reliable. They charge approximately $ 800. to clean he carpet of our entire office plus 2 area rugs. Because of this I called them to clean my 2 couches and 2 area rugs. I was expecting approximately $ 300-400. for all. The technician asked me if I wanted to have a Scotchguard type product applied to my couches. I asked what the cost would be and he quoted around $ 1100. for the total bill including this. I said absolutely not. I asked what it would cost to just apply to the front of the back cushions of the couch. He said that he would call in and find out. I went outside and when I came back in about 30 minutes later the technician had already applied the Scotchguard to the cushions and presented my bill of $ 850! I will NOT use them again personally, but will continue to use them for my company carpet.

They do an excellent job. We have dogs that occasionally get sick and leave spots on the carpet. Clean as a Whistle always makes our carpet look brand new. We joined their VIP program. This gives us two cleanings a year plus two additional visits to just clean spots. We've tried others and no one has gotten our carpets as clean as Clean as a Whistle.

Expensive, but they did a great job. I was very pleased.

They were great. The sofa looks almost brand new. I didn’t have any issues with them, and while they were doing the work, they explained to me how to take care of my couch in the future. However, I thought the price was a little high.

The original installer of our carpet botched the job. Clean as a Whistle was able to repair most of the problems which made walking on the carpet safer for everyone. Those areas that were beyond fixing, were improved.

They were very good. We had no issues with them. They came on time and provided courteous service. They also took the time to do the job.

The carpet that is in the home, they did a great job. However, with the carpet that we took to them, a lot of pet hair was still left on it. It may just be my carpet, but I would not use them again for that carpet.

Results were ver good. A little disorganization. Took more days than I had been told--only. 1 man showed up first day. When I had been tod 2. But he was very nice and really wanted to make sure I was happy. Price was higher than I had paid before.

They did a fabulous job and the stain protection is really worth the extra cost.

There were dark spots that someone brought in. I had tried to spot clean with no success. He was able to remove them all. We were very pleased.

They always do an excellent job. I've used them for upholstry cleaning, carpet cleaning, travertine floor cleaning, marble countertop honing. Very thorough and professional. While a bit higher priced than others, I trust them do do superior work and don't have to worry about screw ups or the house being a mess afterwards..

We have used the company several times. Always on time; their staff are courteous and professional; work is excellent. Would recommend the company to anyone.

Clean as a Whistle is awesome! They are on time, polite, do an excellent job, and are informative with no hard sell - that's a big plus for me. The prices may be a little higher than others, but in the long run is worth it!

The technicians arrived promptly and were very professional and courteous. They explained everything thoroughly and cleaned my sofa at my home. They removed the two area rugs and returned the a week later, after thoroughly cleaning them. I was very pleased and will definitely hire them again.
