It went very well and I would recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning work done.

Call was made to company. A date for inspection was established. Technician arrived on time when established and gave and estimate of cost and materials that were needed and approximately how much time was required for the work. On the day appointment was set, technician arrived on time and immediately set to work to complete job. Technician was was very professional about the job and cleaned up area upon completion. We were very satisfied with the job completion.

Overall it was a very positive experience. The service tech was professional, polite and punctual. He did a fantastic job of checking out my entire system. I will use this company in the future.

Everything went well. No problem with the services.

Deane's technician arrived well before expected and performed the installation in a very professional manner, even in my absence. I simply left the key to the house and he did what needed to be done. The only evidence of his presence was a clean, working AC which included both an outdoor and indoor unit. My gratitude tothe Deane experience.

Called Mr. Deane who referred me to the office, where I spoke with Melody. She was wonderful as always and immediately sent a tech out-Stephen. Stephen fixed the leak and prepared both units for the winter (blew out the lines). He also repaired an addition item. He was very professional and courteous. Later that day I noticed one unit was not putting out cool air. I called Melody back the next morning. She apologized for any inconvenience Deane Electric may of caused and had Stephen out within two hours. He explained that the unit was frozen. He suggested to turn it off for two hours and let it defrost. Afterwards turn back on. If it still didn't work, to please call him back. Of course it worked. All was fine. Needless to say, I am very please with Deane Electric-from start to finish. They have been and will continue be MY electric company!

I called and John Deane answered his cell at 8 a.m. I told him where I was and my issues and he was here by 10:30. I have a very very slow leak and it takes about 2 years for it to be a problem. He advised me to just add freon until it is time to replace the old unit. My system is at least 15 years old, so I am sure I will be using John to update the entire system in the not too distant future.

Mr. Deane responded to my A/C problem even though it was going on 4th of July weekend. His serviceman came out and was entirely personable and professional. He even cleaned out my A/C unit from all the weeds and buildup that were contributing to my problem. He was done within an hour, and my A/C was back on for the 4th of July when I really needed it.

Absolutely pleased with this company's work performance and professionalism. I am always a little leery when I read both good and bad reviews and wonder what experience will I have. The customer service was prompt in answering my call and questions. My technician was Misa, whom answered all of my questions and showed me proper techniques to ensure my AC unit runs properly. He even took the time to point out another issue he found not related to my AC unit which I am very please for that info. The price was very reasonable, the quality of work superb and fast.

I like how the office handles calls when you first contact them. The owner himself called me back after I called. Timothy is the electrician who came out and he is absolutely wonderful! They have very reasonable prices, too.

I called Deane Electric and Air Conditioning on 7/31/2012 after waking up to find that my A/C wasn't working. I have never received the type of superior service from any home repair company in the past. Despite a staggering backlog of service requests Mr. Deane stopped by to take a look at the problem. He quickly diagnosed the repair and even had the part on hand to fix the unit. He got to my home at 11;00 am and had my A/C up and running by 11:40. He is the most professional and courteous individual I have met and I would not hesitate to call on his services in the future.

I have used Deane A/C since 2009. I can call them with a problem, and usually within 24-48 hours they are at my home to solve it. They are extremely knowledgable, and always leave you with that tidbit of information to help you avoid future problems. The costs are extremely reasonable for the work they do. They bill by the hour, and when they come out they get right to the problem, and solve it quickly and efficiently. We love John, he's very personable and professional. We would never use anyone else!

I am a property owner who now lives in another state. After receiving an e-mail from my tenants complaining that the AC wasn't working well I called Deane Electric and Air Conditioning and spoke to Deane personally. He was wonderful as he worked with me and the tenants to build a plan that worked for all of us. He sent someone to the house to look at the AC at a time agreed upon with the tenants and then called me with an estimate before proceeding with the repair. I found the repair to be effective and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

Overall I was very pleased with the work and would hire them again for other electrical work. One negative though they did charge me $25 because he had to come from another city (I believe travel time was the excuse). This should have been stated up front not at final billing.

I made an appointment with John Deanne to meet and discuss. He came by and gave me a quote. He also ordered the light (I didn't know what to get). Less than a week later the part came in. Timothy, the electrician, came, got on his swim trunks, got in the pool, and worked hard. He removed old light and wiring; installed new light and wiring, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Called and spoke to John. I wanted to have him come out to give me an estimate for cleaning my A/C ducts. He talked to me for over 10 minutes about alternates to paying someone to do this. He listened and made a lot of suggestions about how to eliminate the dead body smell that has been lingering in our home for weeks. He was funny, knowledgeable, and convinced me not to pay anyone to do work I could do myself. I will definitely call him the next time I need A/C work done.

They were pretty honest and they didn't try to take me to the cleaners, money wise.

Outstanding! I called yesterday afternoon and was told a service technician would show up between 8:30am and 9:00am (Wow...don't have to set aside half my day waiting for the guy between 8am and 12pm!). At 8am, I was called by the technician and told he was 40 minutes out! At 835am, my doorbell rang! Couldn't believe it...these guys actually do what they say they are going to do. Technician was personable, friendly, and professional. Answered all my questions, recharged my system, made sure that everything else was A-okay, including an inspection of the air handler coils up in the attic. This is the company I will call from now on! Thanks, Angislist!!!

My first impression of this company wasn't very good. I had called on a Monday, spoke to a female who took all my information, gave me an approximate cost and told me a technician would call as soon as one was available to set a time. That was Monday. I heard nothing that day from anyone. I heard nothing Tuesday and finally on Wednesday I thought it best to find another electrician.I called back to let them know I was going to call someone else. The owner of the company answered this time. I gave him my name, explained that I had called that Monday and had not received any word on service. He apologized, said Monday was a horrible day, his secretary had taken my information and he would get someone to me that day. A electrician did come, fix the issue and I know the cost was within range of what I expected. Here's the problem I have. I have worked in different Service Industries for over 30 years. One thing I learned in college classes regarding business was to never blame someone else for what your company failed to do. Accept the blame. Own it. The owner, at first tried to push blame onto his secretary - and I've done that been there as well. Then he blamed the failure of a truck and having to obtain a new one. I get squeamish when adults try this ploy of distract and blame someone/something else. If the man had said he was sorry, that I should have gotten a call, that he would personally see that my issues were resolved - that is intelligent business. The bottom line is I did appreciate the technician's professionalism, and the fact that my problem is solved.

They cleaned the drain for the pan and cleaned the ducts. They didn’t upsell me anything and they bill by the hour. The guy was done within 15 minutes and he did some other additional work without billing me anything extra.

My residential air conditioner quit working on a Friday night. At 0900 Saturday morning I called the owners cell phone and explained the problem. He explained that he usually didn't work his employees on Saturday but would see what he could do. By 1230 a technician had arrived, isolated the fault, performed necessary repairs, and serviced my unit. Thank goodness because today's projected high is 96 F. Great response, great service, and very professional technician.

Called on Monday. Tim came by on Tuesday. Great guy personable, very knowledgeable, quick efficient, clean. Great experience. If all of this company's employees are like Tim then 1. they will continue to be extremely successful and 2. their my a/c guys form now on.

Tim was absolutely wonderful! The same day I called for service he arrived and had my problem fixed not to mention the edcuation he gave me about my system in common language so that I could understand...I am a customer for life...I could not have asked for a better experience

i called for a quote over the phone and Mr Deane looked at cell phone pics of my old unit and advised me on how and what to upgrade to as well as the cost and savings that i could expect. the next day he and the installation tech arrived and started work, the job was complete in under 5 hours. i plan to use this company again for the electricity installation needed in my garage for more outlets.

Promptly arrived fixed 3 outlets, replaced a switch. Advised that he come back once the temperatures warmed up to better assess AC. Very knowledgable and quick to identify issues.
