Description of Work: I scheduled the visit several days earlier then learned that my grandson was to graduate from elementary school that day. I was able to shift the time of the visit with no problem. Ron was on time and was able to rectify major wiring problems with four switches quickly and easily. I was anticipating a huge bill but was charged for one hour of work! Very pleased and will use them again. A previous visit for AC work was also A+ work! Thank you Deane Electric!!!

Description of Work: Had complete air system installed with new AC unit. Dean was very professional and was willing to help us get the best price with best unit. Installation was smooth and his men were very helpful in explaining the new system and showing in detail what work was done. We were highly satisfied.

Description of Work: I called John Deane because I had a water leak in my AC. He answered his personal phone and said, although he was very busy, he was in my neighborhood and would come by and look at my situation. Within 45 minutes he was at my front door and explained my problem to me. He fixed the problem and was on his way after no more that 30-40 minutes. Awesome customer service....I never in my wildest dreams thought I would get a resolution to my problem the same day....and no way within 1 hour of my first phone call. I will use him when I have to replace my AC unit.

Description of Work: I took advantage of an Angie's List Deal for a Furnace Tune Up in 2010, which I planned to use on a rental unit. I was careless however and neglected to set up an appointment during the time stipulated by the deal. I called Deane Electric to see if there was anything they could do for me. Mr Deane advised they would make good on the deal the following year if I would call when the winter season began to set up an appointment. Needless to say I was happy to have the time extended, and when the time came I did set up the appointment. They also helped me out by working directly with the tenant and not requiring me to be present. The tenant advised the technician (I believe it was Mr. Deane himself.) was very professional, took only the time needed for the task, and discussed what was being done at every step of the way. Description of Work: We needed to have someone come out and check out A/C in the rental house we just moved in. We called and they sent out someone the very next day. The next day the technician called to ensure we were home and showed up on time. Stephen (the technician) was very nice, answered all my questions and got us squared away. Did a great job and I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: I was not the easiest customer to work with, and John bent over backward to help me. He installed of a new exterior 200 amp panel with main breaker. Provided extra equipment grounding protection via the installation of two ground rods and #6 ground wire. Installed (4) new smoke detectors and (1) carbon monoxide detector. Installed (3) customer supplied ceiling fans. Separatde double lug neutral at garage panel. Repaired damaged ducts, cut and remove unused copper line set. Remove leaves and clean condenser unit. Installed three ceiling fans and three ceiling lights. Installed a surround sound speaker system. Installed a new electrical outlet. I am very pleased.
