Excellent. From the time I called and asked for an estimate to when the work was completed was less than a week.

They did a great job, in spite of the many surprises involved with the hot tub that had been filled in by a previous owner & used as a fire pit! Did not always arrive when they said, but usually called if they were going to be late. Willingly taught us how to maintain the pool going forward instead of pushing to have us set us cleaning with them. Theirs was not the cheapest bid, but also not the most expense by a long shot.

James response was quick and professional and the entire transaction was very easy. They showed up when they said they would and they were courteous and professional. To say it simply, there was not one thing that I was upset with and I enjoyed my interaction with James and Richard. I would definitely use them again.

Great. Richard determined the problem, trouble shot the heater malfunction, fixed the problem, fixed the leaks, and gave basic information on trouble shooting and maintenance of heater and pool chlorinator. I would absolute recommend Reed's, courteous, returned calls, arrived with in time window, professional.

These guys are great. They listen well to access the situation and likely solution, they can get to the house/equipment reasonably quickly even during the summer months, they're polite and respectful. They do very thorough work and have solved my pool problems in every situation. I will continue to send them my business.

This is not the first time I have used them. They clean the large filters for my pool and they do an outstanding job. They answer any questions I might have and will make suggestions if needed. The gentleman that comes out is always very friendly. They return phone calls in a timely manner. They are the only pool service I will use.

I asked Reed's for a diagnostic service / pool inspection. I never owned a pool and just bought a home with a pool. They had offered a 50 point pool/spa inspection and to check for any problems. The employee was prompt and did answer my questions, helped me with pool maintenance questions. And found four problems. I was emailed a cost breakdown of the repairs needed within a day. My only complaint is for the 50 point pool inspection, I thought there was going to be some sort of checklist and I would receive one for my records. Of the four repair items, I was able to fix one on my own. I've sought bids from other companies for the remaining three so still have to decide on a contract for the repairs. I would consider using Reed's again for diagnostic service and in the future for pool cleaning. For now, I am planning to clean the pool on my own.

They arrived on time performed the work. The service personnel were very professional, quickly changed out the unit, performed the necessary plumbing modifications and ran a new control cable from the heater to our Intelitouch control panel. The unit works perfectly. We are quite pleased with the results.

The team at Reed's has always been very helpful and punctual and provides quality service. They always take the time to provide useful information beyond just completing the repair. Additionally, they are diligent in advising about the cost of repairs and options and keeping he customer interests in mind. I will continue to use them in the future.

I called Reed's pool service on Tuesday. Their technician Richard showed up Tuesday afternoon and I was able to show him what I needed. On Wednesday morning Richard showed up and installed the new pump. I had also requested some additional plumbing in order to raise the pump several inches off the ground to prevent any damage due to high water. Within an hour he was done. He gave me a short rundown of the equipment. Richard also tested out my pool heater they had installed a few months ago to insure there was no water damage. Very professional - I mean the guy knows what he is doing. Everyone concerend (front office and technician) are very professional and polite. Very nice group of guys. Pool equipment repair/replacement is expensive, but well worth it when done right. This is my 3rd time working with them and I haev not been disappointed. I highly recommend. Thanks to all. Robert

It went well, they were good

I noticed that a connection between a piece of solid PVC and flexible PVC hose which connects to my pool cleaner pump was leaking. I called Reed's and they were able to schedule a time within a day or so of when I called. The guy showed up on time and was able to replace the connection in the space of about ten minutes. They price was reasonable and they were up-front about the cost for a service visit. I waited a little over a month to write this review to make sure the work was solid. Sure enough, it's still holding up perfectly. I'll definitely call Reed's again the next time I need any work on my pool.
