The service man quickly identified the problems: one easy to fix and one more difficult and expensive. He advised us to do the cheap fix first to see how if works and said we can call him back later for the more difficult job if needed. This is good customer focus.

James has been a major influence on me using Reed's Pool Service instead of other companies in my area. Before I purchased my home I was just pushed around by other companies when I asked them for estimates for repairs. I guess they figured I may not purchase the home and therefore it was a waste of their time. James, on the other hand, help to detail costs for repairs and explained what/why the costs were. I ended up purchasing the home and James was out the next day to service my pool and make all the needed repairs within the following week. My family was able to enjoy the pool in no time. Reed's Pool Service has always been available and prompt about coming to fix mechanical / electrical problems with our pool equipment. They do good work and provide a great service. Reed's personnel explain the issues and suggested repairs, as well as providing options, which I really appreciate.

After going through several well-known names here in the Sugar Land area, I finally found Reed's Pool Service. Put simply, they do what they say they are going to do. They show up every week (no excuses) and they do a good cleaning job every single time. Just showing up may not seem like something worthy of praises. But, it's something many of their competitors seem to struggle with. I can count on Reed's -- and that's important to me. I've been with them for 3-4 years now and have been very pleased. Today (a Sunday), one of my actuators went out and was preventing the pump from building pressure. I was concerned because there is a freeze forecasted for tonight and I was afraid I'd get significant freeze damage to the system if I couldn't run the pump. I called James and left a voicemail. He called me back within 20 minutes and had someone at my house within 45 minutes -- on a Sunday. There is now a temporary "fix" in place pending an actuator replacement next week. So, I will not get any freeze damage tonight. Phenomenal service from James and his team! I highly recommend them.
