Pool always looked perfect. I was so happy to have the new motor installed without a hitch. Everything is working beautifully.

The flooding made the pump non working, needed a new one

i have been using Reed for over a year to clean and maintain my pool each week. Service is prompt, response is always quick, and troubleshooting has been nearly a breeze with them. i would recommend the company to anyone looking for a pool company and am happy to continue service with them as long as i have a pool.

Pool is clean and chemistry is perfect. Website provides updates on when and what services are done. Fast replies when you have questions or problems.

About 6 months ago, I switched from Sweetwater Pools to Reed's Pool Service. The Reed's price is slightly higher than what Sweetwater was charging me. But, the service from Reed's is much better. The Reed's pool cleaning guy shows up every week and does a good job. With Sweetwater, they often gave excuses such as "it rained on Monday and we're still behind schedule so we can't spend as much time on your pool this week." I'm not sure why Sweetwater thought it was my problem that it rained or why I should get less service that week while paying the same monthly price. But, so far, I have not experienced any of those "excuses" from Reeds. Reeds shows up regularly and does a good job. I've also had the same cleaner for all 6 months. With Sweetwater, they had frequent turnover and I had a new guy every few months. When it comes to maintenance and repair issues, Reeds is also better. James Ayre at Reeds is very professional and responsive. He promptly sent qualified technicians who could identify and repair the problems. I highly recommend Reeds for full service pool cleaning and maintenance.

They are very dependable and are available whenever there is any equipment issues.

They were responsive and did a good job. The cost on the LED lights was high, but that is due to the manufacturer pricing them that way. I would definitely use Reed's again (and have used them since the initial work).

The technician diagnosed the problems and fixed everything very efficiently. We compared with other pool services, the price is very fair.

After going through 4 different pool repair companies, I finally landed on Reeds whom was able to fix the issue at relatively low cost (low cost for the labor, for sure!). If you need pool repairs done, take it from me - call Reeds first, you'll be glad you did!

Reed is doing our pool since years and we are very happy with them, never had any trouble They are always punczual and on top of everything, be it a broken part at the cleaner or something else: They notice and fix it. The water in our pool is always crystal clear and chemical levels optimal.

Great service! I've been using Reed's pool service for almost a year now and am very happy with them! These guys actually know how to clean and maintain a saltwater pool. My brother uses them for his chlorine pool and is also very pleased with their service.

The pool associate comes weekly to clean the pool and check/add chemicals as needed. Since Reed's began taking care of my pool, I love my pool again! Before I was trying to keep it myself and was always having trouble balancing chemicals and had algae growing weekly. Now I have a beautiful, clean, sparkling pool, free of algae, and all I have to do is enjoy it! For repairs, I send an email one day and I have a reply from them that day or the next as to when someone will be out to fix my pool. So easy! I don't have to take my Polaris out of the pool - they come and repair it for me at my house so I don't have to take it to a pool repair shop. I am very happy with the service I receive from Reed's Pool Service and would definitely recommend them to anyone with weekly maintenance needs or repair services.
