Description of Work: They capped some water pipes, rerouted flow and wall drain lines and relocated drains in concrete. They also installed a direct water line from the water heater to a shower head. In my opinion, I firmly believe I could have received the same quality service at a lower price from a different plumber. Layne Plumbing are very nice people but more expensive than others.

Thank you for your review, just a little clarification in regards to your grade scale and comments...this job was a bidded project and agreed upon by the homeowner prior to the start of the job, there was both a verbal conversation as well as a written quote. There was also an addendum which was also agreed upon verbally by the homeowner prior to the start. Just to clarify the pricing of this repair was done prior to doing the job and was agreed on. The project was $145.00. Upon our scheduled visit it was found that the owner provided faucet was missing parts and the owner was told they would need to get a new faucet. There was a no charge for this visit at the discretion of our plumber(although this would be considered a service call). Another appointment was made and the new faucet was installed and there was only one charge for the visit we made for the install not the first visit. So for two visits out the charge was $145.00 which we would assume would be very reasonable. As always we look forward to serving you in the future and appreciate your business! Very efficient service.
Description of Work: I had two TOTO toilets that had broken handles and one, that the shut off valve was not working. The air conditioner drainage under my sink was broken. They fixed all and cleaned up after the job.
