They do a great job cleaning my house. I'm a stickler for how my house is cleaned and tried several different companies/people before I found HCS and they have, by far, done the best job. I continue to use them bi-weekly.

There was some miscommunication on the front end when I called to try and make an appointment, but after that was cleared up, everything went well. The kitchen and bathrooms were, for the most part, spotless. I had asked them to clean the stove vent hood, but it was still sticky after they left. The bathroom doors had not been wiped down and the baseboards were not wiped clean, but I had not included that on my list and I guess it doesn't come under dusting. I noticed after they left there were some areas that had not been touched, such as chair rails in dining room and master, but that may have been because of lack of time. I did not realize they were using a rag mop until they were on their way out the door, or I would have had them use my own equipment. Vera was extremely personable and overall, her crew did a good job. I will use them again in the future, but will be much more specific about items I wanted cleaned in each room.

I called with very little notice on New Years Day after realizing I could not finish the job myself. Within 45 minutes of contacting I had an appointment set up for the next day. Two women arrived on time and did an amazing job. I would definitely hire them again.

Two ladies did arrive on time at my home. I understood from a phone call from the owner of the business that two ladies would work in my home fro three to four hours until the job upon her inspection was complete. First the owner of the company came with another lady to help her understand what to do. I thought the owner was going to stay and help clean. That did not happen. I think the $ 180.00 that I prepaid on Angie's list was not a good deal. My house was not cleaned properly. The vacuuming was incomplete in two rooms. The outside of the kitchen cabinets did not even looked like they had been touched. That was one thing I specifically asked for. I also found pieces of food on the floor of the kitchen after it had been mopped. The job that was done cleaning my home was poor. The owner called that evening after the cleaning. She said I had mistakenly misunderstood the cleaning offer on Angie's list. And yes I had. I thought I would get six hours of cleaning with one person or three hours of cleaning with two people. That being said the cleaning job was very poor and whether or not the owner came by to check on the job before I got home is not known. I was looking for a permanent cleaning company to clean my home on a bi monthly basis. I would not hire this company due to the poor cleaning job

I have been using them for a few years now on a weekly basis and I love the work they do and the cleaning detail. Brenda is wonderful and works around my crazy schedule of sometimes having to move from room to room because of my job

2 ladies came on time with all their cleaning supplies and started cleaning right away, they did not stop until my house was spot less. I have a problem with my toilets with mineral spots, they got rid of it and now they look like new. My house looks and smell good. Also the person that did the pressure wash did a great job, he clean all the green spots I did not know that my driveway can look so good,

Great experience, very knowledgeable and prefesional staff, overall I give this company an exellent feef back. great job!!! my house was a mess and after they were done it was a different house!!. I'm so happy with the results that I have them come 2 days a week and so far loving it

We have tried a few companies that haven't lived up to what they promised. Houston Cleaning Squad was the exception. While they were a few minutes late (understandable) they did what they said they would do and what/how we asked them to do and they went above and beyond that. Previous cleaning companies would only vacuum our ceramic tile floor - which doesn't pick up all the dirt -- in fact with our previous cleaning company, they missed an obvious piece of dirt. When we pointed it out that they need to sweep with a broom, they argued and the next day said they didn't want our business (I gave them an F here on Angie's List). Houston Cleaning Squad said they would sweep with a broom and they did! In fact, I was doing laundry while they we cleaning, they started folding the laundry without being asked! They even folded our king sheets which I always have trouble with! We are on their bi-weekly schedule and hope things continue to do well. As long as they continue to give great service, we will continue to be their customer.

They did outstanding job preparing the house for sale and detailed cleaning the whole house (bathrooms, kitchen, ?fans, windows, floor, appliances, etc.), The job was in very professional manner. The charges for the job were reasonable (closer to the low side). They answered and fully completed?all our requests. We were highly satisfied with the job they did.

I contracted this company about 8 months ago and Iike their quick responsiveness and availability. I continue to use them. Vera is great she took care of me, the ladies that sent were awesome ! They left my home impeccable I strongly recommend this company.
