Vera came out to the house to see what needed to be done. She is very organized! Presented me with a fair price and we scheduled the day. The cleaning crew showed up early! Bad They couldn't respect the offer

Very well. Vera called to make sure she knew what my priorities were before they came out. then she (Vera) also came as the second person. (The original second person assigned had to cancel for some reason.) They were exactly on time and were doing such good job I had them stay an extra hour to finish some additional tasks.

The initial cleaning went well! I have never had cleaning services before. They were kind, on time, and professional. I have only had it once so far, but monthly service is scheduled!

Vera was excellent and very helpful! I was in the process of moving and she and her staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond and I was VERY impressed with how much they were able to accomplish in a few hours. If I hadn't moved out of the area I would use this service again.

It went well but we had to add two additional hours (@$60).

I have my monthly service guys who do it for 79 and it takes max 2 to 3 hours. I paid more and got 6 hours cleaning and my work was only half done.

The 2 person crew was great. They arrived exactly on time and worked the entire time they were there. They communicated with me during the process. They did a fabulous job!!!

It was more like a bait and switch. The fact that two people couldn?t clean an empty house that was already clean is ludicrous. I only needed mopping the floors, dusting the window ledges, and dust/mopping the wooden floors.
