Technician came to inspect issue with our microwave not working, immediately diagnosed the issue. A small part was needed and within 24 hours he returned and completed the repair. Will definitely use the for any appliance work needed in the future.

Dryer was working good as new!

Everything went great. Got the needed part overnighted and had our family back in clean, dry clothes. Also cleaned the dryer out for us, which is always a pain to do, so was nice having a pro doing it this time. He cleaned out all the lint from inside that requires taking off the top, so no more worries about fire and runs more efficiently. Also, really nice guy. We'll call him when it goes out again.

After a short delay in getting the needed part, my repair was scheduled. The repairman arrived on time and made the repair. He took the time to explain what was done, cleaned dirt and dust from the coils, and advised me on refrigerator maintenance. He was courteous and professional. When it turned out that one of the replacement parts was defective GM went above and beyond to get out and replace it before the 4th of July holiday. I plan to use GM for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.

The repair went great, Walter explained all what was wrong with my washer and what needed to be done. He answered all my questions. He came on Monday to inspect and Tuesday it was repaired. Reasonable price too. I was super impressed by Jen, she went above and beyond to get us taken care of.

They did a great job and I would recommend them always. They are very professional and are always on time. I will continue to use them.

Though the job took longer then need be do to the poor design of the refrigerator, which required a lot of dismantling in order to access the malfunctioning parts, Walter was patient professional and friendly throughout the time he was here. So we can have full use of the refrigerator, he was able to make a temporary fix until the part can be replaced next week.

Jennifer was so patient with me as I was in and out of the hospital because of a lung infection. I missed my appointment, I missed calls and yet she did not throw me in the trash can and forget she had a client. Alex was the serviceman, he was so nice and finished the job excellently.
