I was pleased with their service. They were prompt and I did not have any problems with what they did. The quality was good.

Called the provider to schedule an appointment to evaluate why our refrigerator was leaking water. Repair man showed up on time, everything was great. He looked around and stated that the drain pan was cracked and that they would have to order the part. We also requested that he take a look at the ice dispenser - for which he said we needed a new motor. For both, we paid a $100 deposit and scheduled him to come back out. On the return visit - he stated that the drain pan was not in fact cracked but now it was a condenser issue. The recommendation was to then unplug the fridge for several days - and if that didn't fix it, to think about buying a new fridge. This was after paying $250 for the time/labor to fix the ice dispenser. All in all - paid approximately $400 and the fridge still leaks.

I purchased the coupon through Angie's List for $120 worth of services for $100. The additional labor and part was less than $100. The employee was quite courteous and helpful. I would hire this company again.

I paid the big deal and it was extra for the part and the service. He was great. I would use them again.

ATC Appliance Inc. was very nice. They came out and did the work and they were easy to deal with. They did a pretty good job and I was happy with the work. They ended up coming out for me pretty quickly because I had an issue with the washer. There was no extra charges so I just paid for the big deal. I would say that the young man they send out was very helpful and they were pretty good in office and easy to deal with.

Soap dispenser stopped working in our KA dishwasher (less than 3 years old). ATC diagnosed as bad element in modular dispenser unit and replaced. BUT did not run through cycle to check. When we did, SAME PROBLEM. ATC came back, said there was ALSO a problem in electronic control board. Did not mention that board was, technically, still under warranty. Once I researched and pointed it out, ATC agreed. But took a few weeks to get Whirlpool (KA parent) to approve replacement. Don't know if that was ATC being lax or Whirlpool being lazy -- likely the latter. Once ATC got green light, board was replaced (at no additional labor cost) and dishwasher working fine again. Wish ATC had diagnosed bad dispenser AND bad board on first visit, but maybe one caused the other. In any event, ATC performed professionally and I was satisfied with overall outcome.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special for this service. I did not go very well. They basically came out and used up the Big Deal money on an initial visit. They just came out and looked at things, wrote down a serial number and left. I was hoping more they would do something or call me to get the serial number and kind of working through things so they could come with what they needed. The dryers are all pretty modular so I was not real happy with it. They worked until they got their money and then they wanted me to spend another $340 to buy a little circuit board module for the dryer. I just took the circuit board over to a TV shop and had a guy solder it; it costs me $12. I told the ATC guy before they came out that the circuit board was burned up so I thought they were going to come out with a new circuit board and put it in there but they came out, checked the model and checked the circuit board and told me I needed a new circuit board. They knew their jobs and knew what to do. They were here when they said they would be and their responsiveness was okay.

Serviceman was knowledgable and performed the installation competently.

It went okay the company was little harder to get there when they needed to be but in the end they fixed me up and there is a problem today still that I have with my temp regulator that isn't working my wife isn't happy but the warranty is all used up so I am out of luck.

,Since the repair was performed under warranty, we did not spend any money, and we are very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of the tech from this vendor.

When my dishwasher went out, I selected the service provider from Angie's list and called the business phone listed. They had someone out to my house the same day to do a diagnosis. They identified the problem, ordered the parts (electronic board), and were back in three days to finish the repairs. Very professional and polite. It was my first experience and the parts were more expensive than I expected but, overall, they took care of it relatively quickly. They guaranteed their work but hopefully I won't be calling them back.

They were prompt in their service call. They explained to my tenet what needed to be done. I am happy with the result and how they solved the problem.

The service was outstanding. They honored the coupon, and showed up on time. The workers were all very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend them.

Alex came in the time window that was mentioned in an earlier phone conversation with ATC Appliance Repair. He was polite, seemed knowledgeable and did not leave things in a mess. Our 6 year old LG washer turns out, needed a drain pump replaced as the bearing were worn out. For the service call, the part and the labor, I paid a litttle under $280. They have a 90 day parts and labor warranty for the repair.

The washer stopped draining just before company was to arrive. I found this company and it was running a discount. So I bought the discount since the washer has a electronic/computer component and I was afraid of the cost of that possible repair. Turns out it was a stone stuck in the motor and that is why draining stopped. It only took a few short minutes to remove it. I was not able to be home during the repair. I had neglected to tell my husband that he HAD to hand the print of the purchase or the coupon to the workman before he paid so that the balance was reduced. So when I realized this error ( a 99.95) reduction, I called the next day and I was told it would be refunded if I would fax it to them I mailed it in and in several days I got a call letting me know they received it and that it would be refunded. I got another call just a few days later to let me know it was being mailed to me. I am totally satisfied with the service that we got and their honesty in honoring the coupon even after the bill was paid.

The repair was not cheap, but they showed up on time and the made everything work again.

Had them back two times for different appliances. I would use them again. No issues.

My 10 year old washing Maytag machine started making a really loud clunking noise and would not drain water. Called ATC. They came out promptly (next day), and said they needed to order a part. They also set my expectation for 3 business days (1 week due to the Christmas holiday) to get the part in and be back to install it. After not being called by that day, I called to find out status and was told that the part was on order and it would be at least a few more days. After another week, they called on a Saturday morning saying they were on their way - but in the lack of communication I was out of town and did not get the message. I called back on the following Monday to be told that part was on the technicians truck and he would not be available until tomorrow, but now PROS: Overall experience was good. They were very courteous and the price was fair. Initial response was next day. CONS: ATC needs to set expectations and meet expectations better. Communication was not sufficient. Would have hoped for more flexibility under the circumstances for final install.

Came on time , with phone call ahead. Clean professional, checked why dishwasher would not come on , tightened some wires and then found out the switch to dishwasher was bad. He left after diagnoses because I need electrician for switch.

The cooktop was not repaired. The jets were clean already and the regulator appeared to be working correctly. The tech indicated that the safety valve on the gas line may have been the issue, but he didn't have a replacement to try, and advised me to do it myself. I later removed the safety from the line and didn't notice a difference in the performance. My next step is to contact a plumber to have the gas pressure in the line tested.

I had a great experience with ATC, they are very professional and fair! When I requested a cheaper solution on the first visit and the problem started again three months later, ATC waived the travel fee on the second visit to do the major repair. Thanks much! I am really happy with this service and looking forward to using ATC again!

He dissembled everything just like the guy before but let me know that a part needed to be replaced for $80. He ordered the part and came back to install it and didn’t even charge another fee for the second visit. He followed up with me a couple days afterwards to make sure everything was okay which I thought was really nice.

I called ATC Appliance to schedule an appointment to have a Maytag Dishwasher looked at and an estimate provided for its repair. I specifically asked the person who scheduled the appointment whether the charge for the estimate ($75+tax) would be waived if I had ATC Appliance repair the dishwasher and the response was yes. I asked this question because this has been a fairly common practice with the home and appliance repair companies that I have dealt with in the past. I provided the model and serial number of the dishwasher, along with a detailed description of the problem, including the part that did not appear to be functioning correctly. 'Tom', the repair technician arrived during the scheduled window. He performed a similar inspection to the one I had already performed and told me that the part that needed to be replaced was the same part that I had mentioned when I called to schedule the appointment. He had not brought this part for my dishwasher with him. He said that he would call the next day with the estimate for replacing the part. I asked 'Tom' if the charge for the estimate would be included in the cost to replace the part. My understanding of his reply was that the cost for the estimate would be deducted from any labor cost to replace the part. I will say that English was obviously not 'Tom's' first language and I was having a difficult time understanding him. Tom called the next day and informed me that the cost for the repair would be $242. This included a labor charge of approximately $73. I asked for what was now the third time if this was in addition to the $80 for the estimate and this time I was told that the labor cost for the repair was a separate charge from the estimate and that the cost of the estimate would not be deducted from the labor charge. It was not happy at what I felt was a change in the information I was being given. This may have been a miscommuniction, but I felt that I was having continuing communication problems with this company, which were not going to be easily resolved. I did some more research myself and ended up ordering the part from a parts supply business on the internet and replacing it myself, to repair the dishwasher.

My refrigerator went out. I called first thing in the morning. The receptionist was slow, and had to take all of my information before telling me that they could not make a call the same day. The service charge for the call would have been $20 more than what I paid for same day service by another company, with an efficient receptionist.
