ATC was contacted by my warranty company to repair my electric oven. For the diagnostic call, he did show up on time, but had zero follow through. It looks like he just comes in and does a diagnostic, and if the parts are not on his truck, he ignores any follow up. When I was able to reach him, he said that he was about to call the manufacturer, but after several weeks he had yet to follow up.

They came out to do the work, but the repair was minor and only cost $40. I paid that, and they said I could use the Big Deal for a larger repair. When I called now, they would not honor the deal.

I had them come and check on LG Microwave that stopped working andalso on our LG refrigerator that had moisture around electronic display. I paid for the inspection $140.00 , which included 10% off for seniors discount (per Angie's List). Techniican (Donovan) was very courteous and professional: he told me that he would research the electronic parts and have office call me with estimates for both repairs/replacements (microwave and refrigerator). A few days later, office girl called and gave me the estimates: Refrigerator: $62.38 part + $93.65 labor Microwave: $113.11 part +$93.65 labor The office girl told me that No 10% off for seniors discount would be offered !! Note: (10% discount is stated on their post in Angie's List). She also wanted a $150.00 deposit by credit card on the phone before ordering any parts. Technician called me on Monday 26 January to indicate he would be here between 1 and 3 pm . He was on time and proceeded to replace the electronic panel on the microwave. However, the light was not replaced on the microwave. The refrigerator: the company had only ordered the casing for the electronic display, not the entire electronic display. Therefore, the repairs could not be made and the technician left to order the correct refirgerator assembly parts. We don't know when he will be back. I paid for the microwave repairs.

Scheduling was very easy and they called back within 24 hours. The technician had on a uniform and communicated well. They were very professional. They came out and did the work and we had no further problems.

On Friday 11/14/14 I called ATC appliance to schedule a appointment to get my washing machine repaired. The rep scheduled my appointment for Monday 11/17/14. On Monday the service tech changed my appointment between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. The appointment was originally scheduled between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. I was disappointed with the schedule change and think that was unprofessional. The technician arrived at 9:30 AM and diagnosed my problem and gave me the suggested repairs needed to fix my washing machine. He charged me $108.20 for the service charge just for coming out and diagnosing my problem. He said that he will call me today or tomorrow to give me the total cost of the repairs. And the $108.20 does not count towards the total cost of repairs. The total cost of the repairs was $400.00 dollars to fix my washing machine which is just three years old. The technician said that the stater, rotor and bearings and needed to be replaced. Later the technician called and said that the stater, rotor, bearings and clutch needed to be replaced. I found that was odd that he added the clutch to be replaced when originally when he diagnosed the problem at my hone he said that just the stater, rotor and bearings need to be replaced. I found that very odd. I am still waiting for the parts to be ordered and for them to schedule to come out and finish the repairs on my washing machine. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Do not call this company for any service. Thai did not fix my washing machine and did not leave my washing machine in the same condition that it was in.

CAme over on Monday, diagnosed problem, ordered parts, parts arrived a few days later, then they installed it and it has word eer since.

They were very expensive for the work they did.

That turned out fine. They came out and they were able to repair my washer. Two technicians came out and it took them about an hour. They were very clean. They called me ahead of time to let me know that they were running a little late.

I ended up getting a refund because I was able to get the repair done under warranty. However, they were professional in handling the refund.

BUYER BEWARE -- STAY AWAY! From the very beginning, ATC was a problem. There were communication issues when booking the service appointment and then the technician showed up late. My original appointment was between 4:45 and 5 p.m. Thai showed up at 5:35 p.m. From there, he checked out the dryer and said that he would need to order a part.The part did not come in for a week so we scheduled the follow up on Friday, January 10. On January 10, they said it was the wrong part and would need to order a different part. The next appointment was scheduled for Thursday, January 30th. At that appointment, he told my tenant that the outlet was the problem, not the dryer. He tested one leg of the outlet which showed an output of 110 volts and said that the outlet should be putting out 240 volts and the dryer was fine. A few weeks later, I had my electrician go by the house (since he is the one who completely rewired the house five years prior) and he checked the outlet and the outlet is fine. If you only check ONE LEG, then it is going to show a smaller output. The electrician showed definitively that the outlet was working and the dryer was the issue. I contacted ATC regarding a refund for the $89.71 part that I never received, the $99.95 service charge for work that was never performed or perhaps the $86.55 service call and was told that all issues have to be reported within 90 days of the last service. Since it is currently April 17th, I am within the 90 days and I was told that I would not be offered a refund for anything. So now I am out $276.21 plus $85 for an electrical visit that I didn't NEED and this company is a bunch of crooks. Don't let them step foot into your house (if they even bother to show up anyways).

The technician arrived late and only turned on one of the two items. The other item he did NOT even look at, yet he diagnosed a problem. I could not believe he diagnosed it without touching it. He was supposed to have ordered the entire digital, from part of my product. He asked me NOT to call dispatch and I did. I explained to ATC that their tech did not touch my product and requested for a different technician to come out. ATC refused and said they would only send the same technician. Needless to say that was the last they heard of me. I called a different, reputable company and they sent out a technician the following morning. He had my product up and running in less than 5 minutes. He said one of the wires came loose. It had nothing to do with any of the digital parts on the front. In the end the other company was hassle free and cost a fraction of the price. Having my washer and dryer not functioning was extremely frustrating but getting bad and inadequate service from ATC was much more frustrating.

I bought a dishwasher from them and I used the Big Deal price towards my new dishwasher. The customer service was excellent, and they installed it for me. Everything has been hunky dory since!

I would not used this provider again, the sink/garbage disposal was leaking after he left and it was not leaking prior. Had to call another company to do the repair.

I would recommend ATC Appliance Inc and do plan on using them in the future if the need arises. The technician was on time, polite and willing to talk with us to explain the issues and what our options were to fix it. No high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. Just straight forward answers and even called after to follow up.

He was a very nice young man and kept with it until he fixed my freezer.

I put a thermomater in it and it is not keeping the correct temperature. I called them and they said it would cost over $500.00 to fix it. They have to order the parts and come and fix it. I had to give them a $200.00 deposit to order the parts. I hope they do a good job of fixing it because that would be over $600.00 with the coupon._x000D_|They will come back and finish the work. Update: I had to pay them the balance. I had to pay them a little over 300.00 and the Refridgerator is not working at this time. The technician is to come back tomorrow. I asked them before I ordered the parts and they stated a 90 day warranty parts and labor. They are now stating that the warranty starts the first day they come out. They come out on 11/26/2013 and they came out and cleaned the back of the refridgerator. I had to call them again and tell them it is not working. They didn't finish the work until Jan 21, 2014, so I felt the warranty should go from there. They are stating the warranty is completed due to them coming out the first time on 11/26/2013. The work that they did only lasted for a month and half now not working and they are stating it is not covered. They also gave no paperwork they stated that they would send me an email and never followed up. Going to let him work at it tomorrow.

The worker was extremely pleasant and helpful. Made a special effort to come by before going on vacation when the part he had ordered came in earlier than expected.

I made an appt and told them what I had been told was wrong with my refrigerator, they arrived but had no parts with them after I had told them what the problem was, so I had to make another appt. I practice anesthesia and it is difficult for me to be @ home @ a specific time and that is why I had the info of what was wrong and I was 100% correct. I would think that they would be able to bring parts with them. The company I had in another city did that. They were very nice, professional and I plan to call them tomorrow re a bearing problem with my washing machine, if they do not bring the part part, I will have to find a company that will do so.

I purchased the deal which resulted in a savings of $20.00 on the cost of labor. As promised I was contacted two days after buying the deal to set up an appointment. I was told that I would be called between 7:00 and 9:00AM on the day of the appointment to be advised of my appointment window. I received a call at 9:15 on the appointment day and was given a 3 hour window for later that afternoon. I requested a call 30 minutes before arrival time so I could head home from work in time to meet the service man. The call was timed perfectly as Thai and I arrived at my home at the same time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and gave me an estimate for the work (after deducting the amount I paid for the deal). After much searching Thai found the needed part in his truck. He installed it and I haven't had any problems with my washing machine since then.

Poorly. I spent about 180 dollars and time and the freezer is not fixed. I will have to call someone else which I can. I respect his decision not to want to work on ours but he will have to return the payment so I can start allover again. Poor attitude toward customer and difficulty with communication. He also charging more for service call for viking (~70 vs ~90 $) which is not appropriate. A service call is a service call.

Extremely disappointed. Provider did not contact me within the 72 hour window per Angie's List. Finally called them...after being placed on hold for several minutes was informed that they did not have any service openings until 11/14. Frankly, they did not seem to be very interested in my business.

They fixed our washing machine. They are great and absolutely wonderful. Thai was the one who came out and who set up the first visit,l because a part had to be ordered. He was nice, clean, and called to tell me there would be a delay in making it out to our home due to traffic. He also called to tell me that there would be a delay in ordering the part. When the part came in, Thai came back with the part, installed the part and everything now works fine. It seems like they went out of their way to be accommodating to work to our schedule. The lady who also answers the phone at their office was also very nice and efficient. Also, the second time that he came back, he even remembered my dogs name! I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

While he was friendly, on-time, and knowledgeable, we were not happy with the service. He discovered it would cost more money to repair the machine than to replace it and was able to articulate this well to us. The issue was with the payment. They have a policy where if no work is performed they charge a service fee was $79 and he would not credit us the change. We went back and forth on what to do with the amount and he finally said he would take the service charge out of the $99.95 Big Deal and he kept the difference and we felt he should be issuing a credit for the difference. We felt it was an integrity issue.
