The second was significant when a very large pine tree was hit close to our house causing various electrical issues in the home -- despite having a whole home surge protection system. "Brennan was the contractor. We paid in check one half on last Tuesday and the remaining half on Saturday prior to the fence work completion out of a good faith. He said his team will come back on Monday to finish everything including cleanup, but didn't show up and there was no communication whatsoever. I texted him and called on the phone and left message multiple times, only with no replies. All of a sudden, he texted on Wed and said he will come that morning and complete the work. He came and only picked up his tools and did nothing else. I reached out to him on that day till today (Sunday) but there were no return calls or texts so far. Unfinished work includes: missing pole caps, several protruding nails, some wood panels already not holding together, piles of concrete not picked up, etc. Very disappointing. To my friends/colleagues and you all, I would advise against hiring him for any service. An excellent example of how to ruin your business with current and future customers."
