Description of Work: I have had a good experience with this company and Lupe who does a great job. In the past I haven't had good experiences, as other companies have had one person call who is knowledgeable and then someone completely different come out who doesn't speak english and uses old cleaning tools. But with XL, they represented themselves acurately and use good supplies and cleaners.

Description of Work: The people are anxious to please, but we think they had limited experience and training in good housekeeping when we first employed them. They are open to suggestions and have always been very cooperative. The only fault I can find is limited experience and as time goes on they are improving. We still employ them.
