I have been very pleased with Jeff and his team. His staff have consistently provided the same high quality level of cleaning service week after week, month after month. I value the peace of mind knowing if XL Cleaning Services is coming that my house will look professionally cleaned, meeting all my expectations. I also greatly value Jeff's flexibility. Whenever I have needed to move days or extra accomodations, he has always been able to meet them. It is so easy to work with Jeff. I would recommend XL Cleaning to anyone looking for peace of mind and a high quality of service.

I am very pleased with our cleaning service! We are first time home buyers and just wanted a little freshen up clean in our home before we moved in! Very well. Consistently on time and thorough.

They clean our 2,600 square foot house every two weeks.: on time in the morning with one for two ladies. Thorough job including making the bed(s) with clean sheets. Extra touches have included cleaning the refrigerator and removing cleaned sheets from dryer and folding them. Totally trustworthy. Jeff, the owner, a pleasure to work with.

XL cleans our house every week and they do a great job. They are dependable, showing up at the same time on the same day. The owner even texts me the day before as a reminder.

We have been using Jeff Kayser & XL Cleaning Services for about a year now. They do a great job and come every Thursday at the same time. The owner sends me a reminder text the day before and always works around our schedule. Great company, very professional, good quality at a fair price. What more is there to ask for?

Took them so long to clean that I paid almost triple what I would ever pay for a cleaning service, we had a party and had no other choice to pay them. They were so slow I had to keep eliminating the amount I wanted clean because they took so long.

They were good and professional. But they didn't carry vinegar with them for cleaning showerheads. Apparently they always do. They still did a good job.

Pros: They cleaning crew arrived on time. They did a fine job cleaning. Cons: I don't think they did a deep cleaning. I don't think they did anything beyond what I could have done myself. And the team was incredibly slow. I actually had them do less than originally agreed on just to get them out of my house at a reasonable hour so I could go on with my day. I think this was a waste of my money. I could have done it faster and better myself.

I have been using XL cleaning for approximately 9 months. I have been so impressed with XL. Christy and Gina clean my home bimonthly and they work so hard the entire time they are here. They are courteous, thoughtful and nice to my pets. It's never uncomfortable having them in my home. They are always on time and bring all the cleaning equipment and chemicals. They even taught me the best way to clean my new wood floors. There are always little touches, like making a fan out of tissues, or folding a blanket into what looks like a pillow that I enjoy so much. They haven't damaged or broken an item as they are always careful. They both are truly good at their jobs and I can see they take pride in their work and I appreciate that very much. My biggest complaint with previous companies I used was they would start strong and be thorough then gradually decline into a mediocre job over a few months. XL has not done that, the quality of work has been consistent and exemplary. They are also less expensive than other companies I have used yet provide better service. I would certainly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

The best cleaning company we have ever used.

I've never seen anything like it. The first time I used them I requested a deep cleaning, which included dusting walls, tall door frames, etc. Two ladies came when it was pouring down rain, and made several trips to unload their SUV to use their own towels, vacuum, ladder, cleaning supplies - you name it. One of the girls was very wet and even though I asked her if I could dry her clothes, she said no. I never saw them take lunch or borrow my bathroom although they could have. They did not speak to me or each other in mindless conversation, only about the work to be done. They wore headphones and worked approximately 6 or so hours, and were gang-busters the entire time. It was pretty extraordinary. Communication was and is almost immediate through text with Jeff. It was easy and not complicated. Also, the price is reasonable. I have used XL on a couple of occasions and will definitely use them again.

The work was excellent. The crew showed up on time in a company pickup, complete with logo, step ladders, and all needed equipment and supplies. The ladies intensely covered every nook and corner of my house for a solid 5 hours and left it spotless. They supply their own cleaning products and use high end name brands. I was concerned about this since I have new hardwood floors. Finally, I spoke with the owner Jeff several times about what I wanted and didn't want and he made sure it went exactly as I asked. I highly recommend XL Cleaning Services.

Two housekeepers spent about 8 hours doing a deep cleaning of my home. It was probably the best cleaning that my house ever received. They were very thorough and did not miss a spot. I was home the entire time and I saw for myself that they worked 8 hours straight, never slacking off or even taking a break. I plan to hire them again and I would recommend them for housecleaning. I enjoyed my spotless house for a whole day before my husband's mother arrived and made it messy again.

The two ladies that came were right on time got right to work unloading their equipment and getting started on the cleaning. They did a wonderful job everything looked really good. I had a few particular things that I was looking to see if they cleaned and they got every single one of those problem areas without being told about them. All in all I was very pleased.

I would rate them pretty highly. Every 3 weeks service is $120. What stands out to me is the professionalism by the owner, along with trustworthiness & punctuality of the cleaning staff, and overall friendliness & thoroughness of their jobs.

It went well. I of course had to get over having someone who had been coming for years. They cleaned extremely well and in many cases better than my normal person. Plus they bring all their own equipment which is a plus. I did stay home since I was apprehensive but do believe that if I regular use them in the future it will be OK not being home and providing a key.

My "A" rating is for the second time I had a cleaner come out for this company ($120 recurring service for my size home.) Gina did an excellent job and was so thorough. She even made my towels and kleenex look fancy! She was very friendly and worked hard the entire time she was at my home (for about 6 hours because she was doing a little extra.) She got to things that I didn't expect and went above and beyond to make my house nice. This was a better experience than the first initial cleaning. For that cleaning, the overall job was done well, however some things were left undone, which if weren't fixed I would have given a C rating. However, Jeff did come out and personally make sure it was all done correctly for the second cleaning. To give details about the initial cleaning, I had two cleaners come out and they worked hard for a straight 8 or 9 hours, but one cleaner did better than the other, which is why some things like dusting and light fixtures weren't completely cleaned well. Baseboards and blinds were cleaned very well and most of the house looked better than when they started, but for a deep cleaning that cost $270, I did expect pretty good results. One complaint I had was that only the tops of my bedroom furniture were dusted/polished, so they had to come back in to complete that correctly. Also, two chandeliers weren't cleaned and windows were supposed to be cleaned, and some were skipped, other seemed to have smears left on them. My windows were not that dirty to begin with, but that was supposed to be included in the first cleaning. Anyhow, I want to end by stating that all of the cleaners have been very nice and professional. Jeff is easy to work with and responds quicker to texts than email. I will continue service with this company for a while, but I'm hoping to get Gina out most of the time. It's a great company and I would recommend them, however, if you find a cleaner you really like, try and request that person. Jeff has been very accommodating on that. Another good thing is that he tried to work around my schedule as I was trying to get my house clean for a party. Give them a try...I don't think you'll be disappointed. Oh, and I like how they bring their own cleaning supplies and products!

I called on Saturday Jeff came on Monday to give an estimate which at first I thought was high but in actuality was $30.00 less than what others had quoted me for less work. So we schedualed for 8:30 am on Wednesday. Two ladies and Jeff arrived on time and started to work immediately. I had just had wood work remodeling and new carpet laid so the dust was everywhere and very thick. I had become overwhelmed with all the dust so I just didn't do any house work for a couple of weeks, needless to say my house was filthy. I am thrilled with the work they did! Everything sparkles, they polished my granite entryway to a gleam it has never had before, they did on top of high cabinets and found things I didn't even know had been hidden there, they did the baseboards and even the blinds, all the fan blades and light fixtures as well as regular stuff like bathrooms and kitchens and stairs. I have not found one unclean spot. My house has never been cleaner again I am ecstatic with the job.

I first used XL Cleaning the week before Thanksgiving for a deep cleaning. They listened to my cleaning preferences, and took notes! They did a fabulous deep cleaning and remembered all of my preferences. My house sparkled for Thankgiving! I have used them twice monthly since then. All areas of my house are totally cleaned each time. There is no let down in cleaning, which I have experienced with other cleaners. Jeff is always very professional to work with and is always responsive to my needs. I highly recommend XL Cleaning!

I've shopped around for cleaning services, and have tried a couple out. XL Cleaning has been the best so far! Between the customer service and the actual work performed they are A+. I purchased a "first time" deep clean and the pricing was extremely reasonable! His workers arrived promptly, they were courteous, spoke/understood English, and did a great job! The house was sparkling! There was a small incident where they accidentally broke a small lamp(one of a matching set), but the worker told me about it right away and suggested I contact Jeff for resolution. I emailed Jeff, and within minutes he responded that he would do what was needed to replace the broken lamp. Within two days he dropped off 2 new lamps I had picked out (as the matching equivalent was no longer available.) I was very happy with Jeff at XL Cleaning, plan on using their services on a regular basis, and have suggested his company to all my friends and family!

We have 3 dogs, 3 cats and one of those dogs is a fur machine-it's everywhere. Plus we have hard wood floors so you can imagine the task of getting rid of all the fur alone was a big one. They were incredibly thorough. They even got some sticky stuff up we had on the floors in the bedroom to keep throw rugs in place. I have tried numerous times to get it up and could not. We paid a little extra to have our floor boards and blinds cleaned. We have shutters/blinds on all of our windows too. They were here 6 hours. I have yet to find a picture frame they didn't dust, a floor board that wasn't cleaned or any left over fur hiding in hard to reach places. My entire house looks wonderful. This team was nothing short of amazing.We'll be using XL Cleaning again. My husband is even talking about having them come on a regular basis which has never happened before!

Everything went very well. They arrived on time. The house was empty but there were some very dirty spots such as under the refrigerator, washer and dryer, etc. Everything was cleaned very well in the time that they estimated.

Lulu and Gina did an amazing job! They got areas in my bathroom and kitchen cleaned, I thought were so damaged and dirty they would never look new again. I signed up for a monthly service because I was so impressed. I am very happy with their service.
