Description of Work: Rosa and Angelica were exceptional! I would usually do this myself, but they accomplished in less than 2 hours what would have taken me days to complete. It was money well spent! I would highly recommend XL Cleaning Services. In fact, I will definitely be contacting them again for future cleanings.

Description of Work: We have used this service the past two cleanings and absolutely LOVED how they cleaned the house. We actually had them use our house products, which was amazing, since most services use their. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised how they cleaned our hardwood floors - it was EXACTLY how we clean. Unfortunately, and I'm sad about this, their service area is really outside of where we live, sad! Those that are North of Houston, should really check them out ~ amazing staff and owner.

 + -1 moreI was looking to get cleaning done on my condo on 7/4. I called and talked to Jeff on 7/3/2012 about cleaning service that I wanted done for my Condo. We discussed and agreed on the price which was reasonable with the 20% discount. He said that the cleaners would be at my condo at noon. I was content that I had someone to come on 7/4 and stopped calling anyone else. However, later on the same day Jeff called and said that he cannot come or send cleaners on 7/4 but can do on any other date. It sucked as I thought that I had the job scheduled and stoped looking. Anyways, I tried calling others later but couldn't find anyone else too. I tried called Jeff again the next day to see if he can come on 7/5 - no response so far. I think if you commit to a customer on a date and time to come, then honor it or don't commit to it in the first place. I would suggest others to be careful when dealing with this company as my experience was bad. I ended up hiring someone off of the Craigslist. Needless to say that I would never contact XL Cleaning Services again.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased with the work done and with the price. The price I paid is after a 20% discount for first-time customers that I found advertised on their website. The owner brought two of his staff to clean the house the next day after I called. They arrived promptly and brought all of their own supplies. They were all very nice, professional, and conscientious. After a short tour of the house they got busy and worked very hard for 4 hours cleaning & sanitizing the whole house, even including scrubbing baseboards and washing fan blades, light fixtures, windows (inside), outside of cabinets, etc. The owner came back to pick up his staff and we toured the house again to be sure everything was finished the way I wanted. The house looked better than I have ever seen it look before and smelled fresh and clean. I thought the price was very reasonable considering that this was a deep clean and required a lot of work. The owner, Jeff Kayser, is very involved in the business and very customer-oriented. I would happily recommend this company.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning on my mother-in-law’s 60 year old, single story home. This house is 1900 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had just been remodeled so there was construction dust all over the house. The house had not been cleaned thoroughly for a long time, so there was a lot of work involved.

I went from room-to-room picking up the clutter and they came behind me, cleaning. I had to keep on my toes, because although they were thorough, they were speedy. VERY reasonable price for a deep clean. Quite personable, non-judgemental and non-defensive. They even offered, and completed, moving my boxes of pictures and decorations from our dining room into our garage, which was completely unexpected and not on the to-do-cleaning list!
