XL Cleaning Services

Initial contact with XL was made quickly and services were scheduled and confirmed. They accommodated us on a date and time that worked best for us. Two ladies arrived on time and did a very good job. Our home had not been professionally cleaned for several years and there was a lot to do on the initial visit. I was especially happy with bathroom and shower areas. They paid attention to detail and did a great job on the blinds and ceiling fans. We have two follow-up appointments remaining on our service package and I plan to engage this company's services regularly based upon this positive experience .

On time, courteous and professional. Very good job on getting everything cleaned. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They did a pretty good job overall...a couple of things left undone upon closer inspection...would hire again.

I get a text a few days in advance to confirm a time, it's typically 830-9 on Monday 1x a month. Two ladies show up, usually ahead of time and get to work immediately. They clean, without stopping for at least 3 hours. When they are done, I notice that they clean things the other cleaning services ignored. My house is spotless. I love how prompt they are, how thorough they are, and how affordable they are.

They were professional and timely. Jeff made several calls before hand to make sure we were on schedule with our renters moving out. Highly recommend their services.

Jeff always calls to set up the best time for us. This time he brought two new women to our home and made sure we ere introduced and that they understood what needed to be done. They were Spanish speaking, but spoke enough english for us to communicate. Although our home does not get a lot of traffic, we only have time to keep things tidy and do basic cleaning ourselves. Having Jeff's team come in and remove dust in all the hiding places, buildup of bathroom scale, and polish stainless and granite etc, is great. You can always tell when they have been here, everything gleams and smells wonderful They were on time, worked hard and were polite. We have used XL services twice before and will continue as long as Jeff provides the excellent service he has in the past.

The afternoon he called and said they couldn’t do it – they already had too much work? I don’t know why he couldn’t tell me that when he made appointment?? Now I have to start all over again.

What an amazing job. With an 1800 square foot house, Gloria cleaned everything that was in sight and many more things out of sight. She arrived 15 minutes ahead (9am) and was complete at 3pm. What a workaholic. To Jeff, the owner, what was promised was over delivered. I will work it out for future routine service.

Can't recommend this company enough. Jeff, the owner is very professional, and so were the employees he sent out to do the job. They were all very cordial and proficient at their work. You won't be disappointed with their product or their flexibility in scheduling.

Jeff is great. I sent a request through the Angie's List website probably around 6 am. and he was on the phone to me within the hour. Great communication throughout the process. I'm a fan of the text message, so this suited me exactly. The results were excellent. I was not there when they provided the service. I had a friend let them in and they came back at the end of the day to lock up. The home was left very clean including the duet blinds I hadn't been able to figure out how to clean in the four years I lived there. They didn't look that good when I moved in. I'm considering using them for bi-weekly cleaning in my new home.

Phone estimate was given based on sqft and # of rooms. Price was better than I anticipated. Phone conversation was pleasant and professional. Cleaning crew showed up precisely on time and got to work. They were pleasant, professional, and worked very quickly. Manager showed up around lunch time to check up on the crew. I appreciate the fact that he took an active role in making sure they had what they needed, and that we were satisfied with how the work was progressing. That level of follow-through is a great thing to see. In the end, we were extremely satisfied with how they left the house. They did things we weren't even expecting them to do, which was a welcome surprise. There were a couple of things that needed touch up - some blinds here, a baseboard there - but it was very minimal. I'd definitely use XL again, and would recommend them highly!

I was in a jam and Jeff really helped me out. I was out of the state and needed to get a house cleaned quickly after move out to get it on market for sale. Jeff was able to get out quickly to assess what needed to be done and give a cost estimate. He provided pictures, communicated promptly and scheduled the job for a few days later. The work was done well and the price was in line for the work done.

This company has cleaned my home several times. They do a good job and the owner Jeff is very nice and goes above and beyond to help out if you have a special reguest. Thanks XL Cleaning!

Great Service and very trustworthy.

We were very pleased. Jeff the owner was very professional. They came on time, did the work in a timely manner, and did an excellent job. At first the price seemed high but when we learned what the price included and when they were done, the price seemed appropriate.

I'll never use them again. He's a joke. My wife had to follow them around and tell them how to do their job. The quote was high. They didn't do a horrible job cleaning. They broke things. They came out again to try and make things right two weeks later after I repeatedly called them.

I hired this company because I was looking for someone to come in and do a deep cleaning since we recently had new floors put in. What I got was an average cleaning of the house. The house was clean but the attention to detail was not there. Baseboards, cabinet trim, top of fridge, master bath mirror & counter, computer/behind computer, and top/behind toliet were all still dirty. These were specifically the items I wanted to make sure were done given that it's the stuff you don't normally have to do very often but would expect with a request for a 'deep cleaning'. Throughout the process Jeff was very professional and curteous. He did a walk through with me to get an idea of the level of effort for the job. When I contacted Jeff with the missed items he had someone at my house the same day to complete them. I really appreciated that and is why I give them a C and not a D.

The service went well overall. They were punctual and did a good job.

I have been very happy with choosing XL Cleaning to clean my house. I am pleased with the quality of the work and the direct involvement by the owner. He drops off two of his staff (usually the same two each time), so there is consistency in the work. The owner and his staff have been very responsive to any requests I have made and are very conscientious. It is apparent that customer service and satisfaction is important to them. They always arrive in the time range agreed upon and the owner calls the day before to reconfirm. I think the price is fair for the quality of work. I would recommend this company to others.

I chose XL over some other services because of their initial attention to returning calls and the quality of their representative who came to give a first estimate. However, the first service did not live up to expectations. The young lady showed up two days prior to the scheduled day. Fortunately someone was home so she went ahead with the service. She came alone to do the initial cleaning which for the size of the house definitely required at least two people. She did a good job under the circumstances spending over 6 hours but was still not able to perform the sort of "first time" cleaning that had been promised for the premium price. They are obviously not well organized nor worth the money they charge. I refused to pay the premium charge for the service and they accepted the lower payment

My long time housekeeper had to go on an extended medical leave. I called XL after firing a horrible substitute maid and hired them based on the Angie List rating and responsiveness. I also arranged for XL to clean two other homes. It has been a month and I am very pleased as are the other two homes. I contacted them once about a minor issue and they responded immediately! The owner, Jeff, is very hands on. If my housekeeper cannot come back I will stay with XL.

They did a splendid job at a competitive price. I felt like if I did not like something, I would feel comfortable telling the man that I spoke with, however they were excellent.

Emailed XL services and set up an appointment date. Visited with the manager and was given a quote. The crew cleaned the house exceptionally well. The price was a bit steep, but the cleaning job done was better than many I'd paid for in the past and I'm considering using XL not only for a regular maid service, but for yard work as well.
