They arrived and did a good job and was very thorough. They gave me an estimate and I decided to look around.

It went well. He was efficient. He asked a lot of questions (no one else did). He was very aware of wanting to solve the problem without having to resort to unnecessary procedures like a smoke test if possible. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it quickly and charged a fair price. I was very impressed with his work. He was also personable. He was interested in finding out as much about the odor as possible before he diagnosed it. I was impressed at all the questions he asked.....like when do I smell it; what are circumstances, how long does it last...etc. No one ever spoke to me before him. He is extremely knowledgable.

They did a good job and I would use them again in the future.

The company couldn't get to me before Tuesday 11/18/2014, so I found another provider.

Felt relieved when he did his assessment because I felt like he knew what he was doing and was on my side. I was referred to him through Wedgeworth Plumbing since he provided the hydrostatic leak test which they didn't have the equipment for. I respect that he honors businesses that refer him but would have had no problem going through him especially after one plumbing company gave me an estimate of thousands of dollars that ultimately ended up being two different manageably priced issues. He fit me into his schedule last minute and came out for the assessment portion of the work I needed done so Wedgeworth could complete their portion of the work the following Monday. He tested two different plumbing issues. One inside and another from the outside.

I have had an excellent experience with Bill and would highly recommend using his services. We have had a sewer odor in our home but no other plumber has been able to find the source. Bill was extremely helpful on the phone, explaining the process of the test and various associated costs. He responded to all phone and email messages promptly and was right on time for our appointment. Throughout the test he was great about keeping me informed and asking permission before taking additional steps we hadn't discussed. He ultimately found a broken pipe in our foundation. He was very helpful in explaining how to get assistance from our homeowners insurance and home warranty company, even though that meant he probably wouldn't get the job of fixing it. He sent us a detailed description of what he did and what he found within 12 hours so we could use that information in filing our claims. If all service providers were more like him, the world would seriously be a better place.

We had a pool leak that occurred after foundation repair of our home. I contacted USA leak detection pool division and received an immediate response and 2 follow-up emails to confirm the appointment. The technician called while in route and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable about the pool system and explained everything he would do in detail. He located the leak and fixed it quickly. It worked wonders and our pool is back in service. He also pointed out a few things on our equipment that may need attention and even explained some quick fixes that we can do ourselves. It is obvious that this business is focused on great customer service. I would definitely use this company again. The price was great. I am very pleased. Within a few hours I also received an email receipt and description of work performed. This business is A++.

Bill is very honest and thorough. He explained the process, showed me the video footage as he worked. I appreciate his expertise and ability to help me understand it all.

The set the first appointment for 1 month later to detect the leak. The cancelled and reset for a couple of weeks later. the cancelled and reset for another time 2 weeks later. The detected the leak and set an appointment to fix the leak. The cancelled the appointment and reset and then cancelled and reset again. The fixed the leak and we filled it up, and the pool still leaked and after numerous times of trying to get them to come back out, I gave up and hired someone else to fix the leak.

Bill came within 24 hrs of my calling about a leak & fixed everything. Did a super job.

We had an awful sew gas smell coming from our laundry room that we could not figure out why. During the summer months the smell has been the worst. I called Bill and he answered my call on the first try and gave me a very thorough explanation of what the causes might be. I felt confident that he knew how to diagnosis the problem compared to other companies I called that said they would come our for a visual screening. Bill came out and did a smoke test in order to identify where the problem originated. As it turns out, there was an old pipe that had not been sealed off properly from a remodel project and sewer gas was leaking out to the house rather than up through the roof. Bill was able to identify and repair the problem. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and best of all I didn't feel like I was being cheated. I hope not to need his services in the future, but if for some reason I do, I will definitely go back to Bill. It has been 2 weeks and there's no sewer smell! Money well spent. I would recommend Bill to anyone who has sewer smells and you cannot get down to the root of the problem. You will be confident that you are in good hands.

Unfortunately, my house was plagued by pin hole water leaks in my copper pipes. I've had three water leaks. The first time, I tried the large companies (Abacus & John Moore) and they didn't have the first clue how to locate and fix a leak. They offered to "just start punching holes in the walls" or "repipe the entire house". My insurance agent referred me to Bill after my second leak and he is AMAZING. Twice he has come to the house, with his high tech (really cool) equipment, and in less than 20 minutes isolates the leaking pipe and provides reasonable alternatives for repair. My neighbor had similar problems, and was also very happy with Bill's work...on more than one occasion. He is a busy guy, and he makes his best attempt to get to you as soon as he can. He shows up when he says he will, and gets the work done. This guy is the REAL DEAL! We've since had our entire house repiped with PEX, so we shouldn't need him again. But I would refer him without hesitation.

I had a leak in my yard from our sprinkler. We had several other companies that came out to look for the leak and never found it. When we contacted Bill he was able to come out and found the very tiny leak quickly. He was able to repair and since then no problems. We will use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

We had broken sewage pipes under our house and that is not fun to deal with. After interviewing many plumbers, I felt that USA Leak Detection was the best fit for our job. We hired a very reputable engineer to help us with our issues at our home and Bill was the first plumber he recommended to help us. He was very timely, professional, always returned phone calls, and had upmost integrity. He made me feel very confident from the beginning that he could do the job. He was very fair with his pricing and I knew that he was being honest. I felt very safe with him as well being home with my children and husband at work. He did such a great job I am having him come back tomorrow to help me with another leak in the house.

USA Leak Detection went above and beyond what was called on them to do. they came back often to make sure everything worked. they get to the job quickly and do what needs to be done. i recommend them to a lot of people. i would use them again in the future.
