Everything was fine

Scheduled and arrived on time. Very friendly and professional. First replacement left a larger gab so he changed it for another.

It did not go well, I didn't get what I was promised and I had to cancel my service.

The service was great. They were excellent. They could not fix what the special was so I ended up spending $200 to have the spring replaced. I think he was good. Two technicians came. I think they were done within an hour. It was fantastic; they did a great job.

Two young men came out and told me the opener probably needed replacing and did not ever mention that the price I paid for maintenance (that was not done) could be applied towards a new unit nor did they show any enthusiasm for selling me a new unit.

Garage opener and door works great now.

Door worked fine after adjustments, but I think I was sold some parts I didn't really need (cables) and the $39 was just a downpayment for the work, it didn't seem to include anything. I have used better garage door companies in the past.

they did the job and was very efficient. I just wish if you call someone out to do one job through Angie's list that they had special service for those customers. I ended up spending over $300.00

Very professional and quick. Two guys showed up and knocked out the work quickly. Also went ahead and upgraded my rollers.

Not very well. A couple of days later the door fell off the tracks. They worked on the tracks.

They readjusted the door serviced it according to the advertised Angie's price. Then after approval changed the 10 wheels.

They tried to look things over and gave me choices. I liked that.

Very professional and nice. There was no sale pressure. They identified the problems and gave me a couple options. I chose the cheaper options and they merrily completed the work.

The gentleman was extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and capable. The door sounds 100% better and we couldn't be happier with the job that he did. We would definitely use him in the future.

I ended up paying way more than I had originally thought I would need to. They were supposed to do a tune-up and then they found something and I don't know if I got the best price available. The quality of work was great. They came within the window of time that they gave me.

I was very satisfied with both the tuneup and add'l roller replacements.

They took a look at the garage door and said it was the torsion springs and that would be $400 to replace. They installed the new springs but it's been a month and the door is still making a banging sound when it opens. They will not return my calls.

Our garage door decided to collapse at 10:30 at night as my husband was closing up the house. Unable to fix it, even temporarily, my husband had me get on Angie's List to locate a repair company. Fourteen years of use had finally come to a crashing conclusion and Omar of Texas Best Garage Door came out and fixed the garage door. As my husband suspected, the rollers and tension springs needed replacing. Omar not only fixed it, he also gave my husband advice on how to properly maintain the door to extend its longevity. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his company to family, friends, and neighbors!

I had Omar replace my springs, rollers, end bearing plates, cables and serviced my garage door and opener for 400 bucks. I have a friend who got the same work on her garage for 1,200 dollars. I called him back a few weeks later to replace my garage door opener. This time I did some shopping around and TBG was way cheaper the rest of the places I called. TBG is definitely a company that you can trust. My family, friends and I will always use TBG for all our garage door repairs and servicing needs. Great job Omar!
