TBG replaced the spring mechanism on our garage door a couple of years ago, and I was very pleased with their service and price. So when our door started not to open correctly, I called Omar to come and check it. He told me the drive motor was beginning to go, and that it might continue to work ok for weeks or months or years and would then just stop working altogether. He gave me a quote for a similar replacement. After a few weeks the door was just not opening smoothly, so I called Omar back and he came out within 24 hours. He brought with him the original unit he quoted for, and a Liftmaster 8550WLB, which had a bigger motor, drive belt (v's chain) and WIfI capability. It was $75 more expensive than the one he originally quoted, but cleary offered a lot more features - including the capability to check to ensure if the door has been left open. Without feeling pressured to select it, I chose the 8550, and Omar had it fitted within a couple of hours. He also checked and lubricated the rest of the operating system. As previously, I highly recommend TBG for any of your garage door needs.

Awesome work. The technician was able to install a new door opener and was able to get the opener and the gate opener to function on the same control buttons in the vehicles and hand held devises.

It went really well. I wish the wiring were a little neater, but that is just me.

Incident to this tuneup, your tech informed me that the rollers looked worn and should be replaced. These were the same teflon rollers that your company installed during another garage door tuneup deal purchased on Angie's List during November 2016 for which I paid $135.71 (see attached receipt). I find this puzzling given that the original rubber rollers, which your tech advised were of lesser quality, that came with the door lasted more than 5 years!

They were thorough and advised me of the condition of the garage door, springs and opener without trying to sell anything. They did suggest a couple options for when the time came to replace something but did not in any way push doing that replacement at the moment.

It went very well, the rep saw the problems and within 30 minutes he had everything fixed and working well.

The contractor was very professional. He was on time and did a great job on the garage door.He was a real gentleman. My husband and I would definitely recommend him.

They were able to come out very quickly with it not being an emergency. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and give me recomendations.

The company did awesome work on replacing the hardware on my garage doors. I had the privilege to speak to three of the company's employees and they were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to ask questions, explain what was needed and estimated time to complete the work. When the work was completed, they took time to show me the finished job and made certain I was satisfied. I will certainly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, integrity, and ability to get next day service. I collected 3 quotes and TBG won the job. The new chain driven liftmasters are actually very quiet and the motion is smooth. Omar did the install and he did fantastic work.

On time professional work and repaired everything perfectly!

Had slight crack in door that was causing wobble when opener lifted door...TBG installed a strut completely across which totally fixed the issue. They were VERY honest, prompt, professional and reasonable. Received estimates from 4 companies, TBG won our business.
