He arrived on time and was extremely pleasant. Whatever question I asked, he answered in a professional manner. Recently, on a Friday, I found a town of ants on my kitchen stove that were biting me. Since it was 4:00 and almost the weekend, I worried that I would have to deal with them until the next week. I immediately called the company and Eric was able to come to my home in the evening after his last job!!! How impressive!!! Applause to this exterminator company and their customer service!!!! Thank you!!!!

They're the only people that I've ever use, so I can't really compare them to anybody else but they are punctual, usually available when I need them and they're willing to come out right away if i needed them to come back out if something didn't work or if I find something new within 30 days, they're willing to right come back and take care of it.

Eric is great. I called on Tuesday and he came to the house on Thursday. He sprayed inside and out for pest control. This is the 2nd time I've used Sure Shot and once again I'm very pleased with their service.

Being new to the state of TX and not knowing anyone I was able to find Sure Shot Pest Control using Angie's List. I gave them a call and arranged a date but unfortunately there was a storm and I was given another appointment convenient for me. Once the exterminator arrived he was very professional describing what he was going to do and where. He got right to work and was done very quickly. Before he left he told me that he would check with me in a few months to let me know that another service was due but I would be under no obligation. A week later I was able to find dead bugs which had been run out of their hiding places due to the extermination. Unfortunately I was able to find ant hills in the back yard but I really have no clue if basic extermination covers that. I'll be sure to ask next time because I plan to use them again.

They did a great job. Very efficient and non threatening. We never had any problems after he left. Even after he left after 24 hours there was no smell.

It was an outstanding experience. This company comes in at the drop of a hat. They are very responsive, and they would give me extra packets to set out.

I have Copay insurance. This was the second time he's come, I call them out once in every three or four months. He was prompt and seemed very thorough. He went completely to the attic and did everything. It's quite a big house 3500 square feet. I don't know what he charges everybody else but I suppose I got a good deal. They did a good job.
