Eric came out late in the afternoon after already having a very long day & being stuck in heavy traffic. He was very kind & very efficient. We really appreciated his willingness to come on a relatively short notice! Tanya, Eric’s wife, was also very understanding & efficient as she tried to scheduleEric’s arrival We will definitely use Sure Shot Pest Control in the future as needed.

We have used Sure Shot for the past year for pest control. We have had periodic issues with ants in our house. They have been consistently courteous and professional. On top of that, the price for the service is very good. I highly recommend their services.

they showed up on time and did what they were contracted to do. I checked "yes" on using again, but not really sure if I would. Guy found what he said was termite problem on garage slab and wanted $350.00 to dig trench across back & side of garage and treat area. Now I do have a large garage, about 100' down side and across back, but I thought price was high. Shortly after the guy left I knocked down the dirt and no indication of termites has reappeared. So, I'll have to get some prices before contracting with anyone for future exterminating. BTW...there have been no bugs found alive in the house.

It was good. He retreat it without extra fee. They were very responsive, on time and did what they said they were going to do. Their price was better than fair. It was a bargain because usually extermination for a single treatment would cost $125. They were on time, very professional and they knew exactly what to do.

It went very well. I had a stubborn problem w/millipedes, very common in wooded areas. Erich was super, he was very determined to get them dealt with. He and his wife make a great team. She was very pleasant and accomodating as the manager/schedular.

They did it every six months. They call me before the 6th month expires and ask me if want them to go back or no.

They did a wonderful job. They got the job done in about one hour and they treated both the inside and around the foundation on the outside. The technician was good, very professional, helpful, and answered all my questions.

Erich even came by on a day off to complete a requested treatment. I will absolutely be using Sure Shot Pest Control for any additional pest issues as well as annual treatments.

Erich showed up on time and as expected. He asked us what needed attention and looked at a beetle that we ran across over the past few week. He identified it as a carpet beetle and assured us the chemicals he used would eliminate the bug. It's been a month now and we haven't seen the beetle since a day or so after he sprayed.

They did a great job! They did exactly what we asked of them. We have set up an annual contract with them! I would recommend their services to others.

The communication has been very pleasant. The scheduling was very good and easy. They came out on on the time that we agreed on. We plan on using them for ongoing service.

Eric was so patient with me. I had to take my cell phone in for repair and called to let them know that I had to leave it there for an hour, so I would be out of touch. This was during the time that Eric would possibly be on his way to my house. I was worried that he would get there before me, which he did, and decide to postpone. However, he arrived and actually waited over an hour for me to arrive. He sprayed the yard while he waited but that didn't take very long. He didn't show any frustration with me at all for my being late. He was cordial and professional. I noticed that he didn't take his boots off when he came into the house but I didn't say anything about it, hey, he waited for me over an hour! He said he would call me in three months to ask if I needed for him to come back. No contract to sign! I will use them again.

First, I gave an A overall with no other "A"s in the ratings because my main goal was to get rid of fire ants which is difficult to do. Whatever he put on them was great. Eric and his wife a super friendly and will do what they say - it just may take a little time. :) Getting in contact with them initially took a couple of phone calls to get in touch with them. Then when he came out he had the chemical for the house but not the fire ants - the whole reason I called them. Also - I am very conscious of putting chemicals on my home and yard. In fact, I have not had my house sprayed in over 6 years as I have not had any bugs or spiders in my house in that long and don't like putting harsh chemicals around if they are not needed. I am a big gardener and love having the whole spectrum of insects, frogs, etc. around - outside. I specifically asked if the spray they used would harm the tree frogs and they said absolutely not. Not true - it does kill them. Nothing I can do about that now. Bottom line, I would definitely use Sure Shot again, just realizing that things may not happen as quickly/promptly as with a larger company because it is just the two of them and they are quite busy it seems. And I will only have the inside of the house sprayed from now on. I think they do a good job of pest control though.

One thing provider lacked: Proper Gear to Cover his shoes while in the house. I've come to expect that having seen these used by the Internet Technichian, as well as a Plumber, who operated only on Solid Flooring, yet covered his shoes before entering the home. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed what I've always believed, Pest Control is less costly and more effective when done by the home owner.
