SPRING CARPETS

Description of Work: I used Spring Carpets, years ago, to replace a carpet in my home office. It was a little job, but the price was right. They were punctual, courteous and finished quickly. The carpet held up well. | |So, when I decided to replace the carpets in my bedrooms, I visited their showroom and selected carpets and scheduled the installation. As before, Spring Carpets performed flawlessly.

Description of Work: Lenny NEVER returned phone calls. Lenny was NON-Responsive. Lenny never ever ever called us back even after we hand delivered our room measurements along with the exact carpet that we wanted. We were about as easy of a sale you could have.

Description of Work: We had 5 rooms of carpeting installed. The installers were very professional and did an OUTSTANDING job!!! We highly recommend Spring Carpets!!

Description of Work: Contacted via display in Costco store describing discount flooring.Recieved a verbal estimate that was basically just a "bottom line" price. no square footage r any detail was provided. Cost was not competetive. Did not contact further and received no follow-up

Description of Work: David was great! I am Trustee for our church, and we needed to have our carpet replaced. I found out that Spring Carpets had done the existing carpet in 1989, and it still had plenty of wear left to it, but had stains and small areas of wear.David was able to replace the carpet with the exact brand and color as we had originally installed. Although they had to work around our service schedules, they were on time every day until it was done. Not only was I pleased, but our entire congregation loved the results. As unusual as it would be, I did not have one negative comment from any of our congregation.I am now putting a large addition on our home, and Spring Carpets and David in particular will be my contractor for the carper and tile.

Description of Work: My husband and I were looking to replace carpet and tile in the downstairs of our house with engineered wood. We called Spring Carpets to give us an estimate. They arrived on time to give me an estimate. They quoted 850 square feet while the other 4 estimates that were give to me were right under 820 sqft. Their prices were higher than the 4 other estimates for the exact same wood by $1.75 a sq foot. While I am sure that they do good work, the price difference from $8,900 to $7,200 for the next estimate was too much of a price difference for us to use them.
