Excellent. We visited store in Tomball and selected a carpet that suited our needs and took color samples home. We were scheduled for an estimate. Which was on time and completed, David was a big help in selecting the type and color of carpet. The work was done in one day, as scheduled, furniture moved, including a spinet piano, bookcases, king size bed, etc. etc. Clean up was excellent. We are pleased with the carpet and would recommend Spring Carpets they are very professional.

Received flyer in mail announcing a sale on carpet. I went to the retail location and pick out a carpet for my home. Salesman came to my home to measure and scheduled the installation for the next week. The workers arrives at 8:00 AM and were finished by 3:00 PM

The salesman at the store was polite, courteous, and professional. The work was done by Fernando and he and a helper leveled (mudded) over the tile the first day and did an excellent job laying the over 1000 sq. ft. of flooring over the next two days. The salesman called. after the job was finished and paid for, to ask if we were satisfied with the new floor.

Very pleased! Easy to work with, very accommodating. Nice product selection for reasonable price. Installers in and out in one day, did a very nice job. Plan to use them again!

I was very satisfied with the service, and I highly recommend them. If you want the job done right the first time, you can not go wrong with this company.

We have used Spring Carpets in the past (Feb. 2009)...they replaced old tile with new....replaced carpet with tile...installed wood flooring...and new carpet in bedroom. They did a good job on our previous home so we contacted them for the work on our new home in Walden on Lake Conroe. Chris L. came out an took measurements and provided a quote (better than other vendors). Chris worked with us and made recommendations on tile layout and carpet choice. Once the work was scheduled, the job started on time and completed within schedules. Overall we were very pleased with the work done. The crew was very nice and we loved their music (Christian radio). The crew reviewed everything with us...they would stop the project to ensure we had a chance to review the work completed...discuss "next steps"...how we wanted the tile laid, the pattern ( Paladio and/or Versaille )...how to lay the marble listello, etc.. Only one complaint....some tile pieces (very few) are not level with adjacent tile....so you can feel the uneven edge....but this is not a big issue. The pattern we choose produces many grout lines...and was not easy to install...but it looks GREAT!...and we get complements all the time. Chris (store manager) came out during the work...to review...and he also came out after the work was completed...to inspect and complete a little work on a door threshold. Overall we are very pleased with the work and will be contacting Spring Carpet again once we decide on what we want for the new floors upstairs.

Installation on time and good quality, wood floors are beautiful and met our expectations in every way. With the carpet, we explained that our highest priorities were stain resistance and trackless appearance. The old carpet was saxony plush near white carpet that showed stains and tracking. Our salesman assured us that shaw frieze (platinum level) in a darker color would address our issues. We took his recommendations and bought this carpet. We have not had any issues with staining up to this point but we immediately noticed how the carpet showed every foot or paw print and the carpet does not spring back even over extended time. It is many times worse than our old carpet and our first thought was there was an issue with our lot of carpet. After many calls over a period of weeks were not returned, we were finally told the carpet was on spec and they did not think there was an issue with it. No one came to see what our problem was. Since we complained within 30 days we were told that they would put in a new carpet if the paid the labor. There no mention of whether the new carpet would be any better or if we needed a different type of carpet. We have thought this over and decided to keep what we have since we have no way of knowing whether a new carpet will perform any better. We are disappointed but sadly resigned to live with it.

Spring Carpets was very professional. They answered all of our questions and were very willing to discuss options and work within our budget. We had 3 other leading floor companies in the Houston and Spring area come to our house to measure and bid on the project....Spring Carpets was very competitive and came out several times before we signed a contract. Once the project started, they remained on site and completed the work. The sales rep was available at all times...either by phone or onsite. It was determined that our floors were too unlevel to install the wood in our Master Bedroom....so we went back in with carpet instead of the wood. Spring Carpets and the installers were very easy to work with. They did a GREAT job to ensure the materials were properly installed. The project was completed over a year ago and all is well. WE LOVE OUT NEW FLOORS!!! We plan to use them when we start remodeling the second floor.

They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would do, and they left. Everyone was happy. We used them in the past and went back to Angie's List to see if there were any negative reviews.

Excellent service. I'd use them again without having to think about it. Nathan is the best floor installer anywhere.

The old carpeting was already torn out so this installation didn't take as long as in normally would have. For this reason, we were not charged full price. The installers did a great job making sure the carpet was pulled tight enough to avoid hills and valleys on the carpet surface. They were very nice. They finished the installation and clean up by two in the afternoon.

Spring Carpets did an excellent job on these floors. The crew that did the installations were really wonderful and respectful of my home. They did the job very quickly. It only took two days and they look great. All the seams fit perfectly and they didn't chip around any edges. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained how to care for them too. I was impressed with the process and the results that I got in the end.

I had hired Spring Carpets to do a previous job, and was given a business card by the installer at that time. When I wanted the laminate put in, I called that number. He had some differences with Spring Carpets, and took it out on me. He was late in arriving, and had a bad attitude towards me. The work was done reasonably well, but he opened the last bag of flooring, and only used one piece out of it. Even though there was one piece left in an already opened bag. I had to pay for that last bag, when it wasn't needed. Spring Carpets should deal with their people, instead of letting the customer get in the middle.

Spring Carpets did an excellent job for me. The price was very reasonable. We only had to pay for the materials because my son works for this company. They were professional and the quality of work they performed was good. I would definitely call them again if I needed some work done.

Spring Carpets did a nice job with my carpeting. I was worried because the last company that I used only did the bare minimum, but these guys went all out and did a great job. I can not see any seams and the carpet was stretched pretty good. They were polite and professional.

Spring Carpets did a great job. Their workmanship was excellent. I have not had any problems with loose boards or anything. They were very helpful. The did a good job cleaning up and left no mess. They were very careful about how they did the job to ensure that everything was done right.

Spring Carpets had to remove the floors that they installed. I had a horrible experience with this company. They installed the wood floors and everything seemed fine at first. Less than a week after the floors were installed, they both started to bow. We contacted them and they said it was our fault. I had them come out to look at it, and they said moisture had gotten under them and they couldn't fix it. We ended up stopping payment on them and eventually got them to just come and take out the flooring, and we cut our ties.
