I was very unhappy with this company. I had already decided to use a different painter but they could not do it due to health reasons. I then contaced Southern Painting to give me an estimate. They promtly came out to give me an estimate. After they started painting it was very difficult to reach them regarding questions I had. The painters were there for 2 days then only one painter was there to finish the woodwork which took several days. I had paint splattered everywhere, on tile, on carpet, on furniture, and even on the wood by my front porch. They were totally unable to come even close to the texture already on the bathroom walls. Finally they agreed to retexture the whole bathroom. That was done 3 times. The third time by a different crew.. Texture was all over the freshly painted woodwork, toilet, on the new tile surrounding my tub and on the new countertops in the bathroom. I just discovered the water tank on my toilet is also full of texture. Southern Painting wanted to try to fix some of it but by that time I was didn't want to let them back in the house. I was tired of cleaning up after them and will still have to scrape and repaint most of the woodwork in the bathroom. I kept being told everything was not going to look brand new which i said I didn't expect it to look new but I did not expect such a mess. professional job done. It was a terrible experience and I would never use them again or recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They gave us a quote and stayed to the quote. They moved and protected the furniture. They kept everything clean and stayed to designated time frame. They kept us informed throughout the job. Overall, they were very professional.

I am a very detailed person who expects as near perfection as possible. I received it in every way from Clayton Kelly with Southern Painting. I had a specific brand paint, grade and type of application in mind prior to receiving quotes from two companies including Southern Painting. Southern Painting provided me with four quotes giving me different grades of paint and different applications. The one I secretly wanted and was given as their best was exactly what I wanted and having it rolled and brushed on. Price was fair and only modestly a little more expensive than another quote having it sprayed on. The two man crew, Polo and Ali, were great! Clean, neat at all times, on time, worked continuously and polite -- just what I wanted. Everything with this job went with no problems and it looks wonderful! Will highly recommend Southern Painting to all my neighbors and friends who want a quality job.

Painters showed up on time. Another rep was on site to take notes and make sure everyone agreed what needed to be painted and repaired. Excellent work on the repairs. Entire ceiling was repainted and everything looks great. Painters were extremely conscientious in getting plastic down and floors covered. Found some paint swipes on a glass light fixture that wasn't removed. However, in another bathroom, everything was removed from the wall and replaced carefully. The best thing was that they took off plate covers before painting. Some odd moldings were removed upon my request; unable to see they were ever there.

Process went very well from the bid to completion. Always on time, very professional, very friendly and the work was excellent.

Very professional. High-quality service. A streamlined process from estimates, helping out with interior colors (they provide a complimentary interior designer to help out with color coordination) and painting. Would definitely use them again.

It was a very positive experience. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They are excellent, wonderful and very professional. We drove out of town and they called and checked in with us every day. It was absolutely wonderful. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. They were very professional. My only complaint was that a gentleman came out and told me that they could match it 100% and it was disappointing that it did not match that completely.

The manager was very personable and any concerns I had were addressed immediately.
