The day work was scheduled rain was in the forecast. The crew showed up on time and worked for as long as possible before the rain was too much. Unfortunately, the rain hampered some of the last of the cleanup. On the following day I returned home to find the clean up complete. The front yard looked wonderful. It is nice knowing that a company can complete a job without endless phone calls and rescheduling. Thank You.

Arrived on time got right to the job. Was finished in about an hour. did a great job. good people.

It took a day for their answering service to answer back, but they do. They did a great job and did exactly what they said they would do. Even tackled the very high limbs over my neighbor's yard that noboby would touch before. All our limbs are over our house which makes them very hard to do. Very professional service.

They did a beautiful job on my trees. The rest of my trees were all pruned and shaped. They did a terrific job!

WOW! What an amazing experience! I called Shade Tree Arbor Care late last week because I needed someone to evaluate the trees in my yard for salvageability - our house is surrounded by mature growth trees and some took a very bad hit with last year's drought. I set up an appointment for yesterday, Monday, at 2pm. At 2pm on the nose Mr Luis Rodriguez was at my door. We walked through the yard and eventually determined that 12 trees needed to be cut down - most not too large, but a couple were on the substantial side. Mr Rodriguez also declined to put some other trees on the "cut down list" because they were distressed but salvageable, showed me how to tell when a tree is too far gone, and gave me advice on what to do to save those trees. All of this was greatly appreciated, especially since he could easily have made more money by adding them to the cut down list. He gave me a very reasonable estimate right on the spot, and we set up an appointment for his crew to come out on Wednesday. About an hour later, Mr Rodriguez called back and told me that a crew he had out in this area would be done shortly with a prior job and could they maybe come over and start the job in our yard? I said yes, with the proviso that I had to be out for a short while, but would be back in plenty of time before they'd be done for the day. When I came back from my errand, the Shade Tree crew was in full swing! As a matter of fact, they must have pulled up very shortly after I left the house because they were close to half done by the time I came back! I was a little concerned about the quality of the work, given how fast they had cut down one of the large trees plus an assortment of smaller ones, but the quality of the work was first-rate! If I hadn't known where those trees had stood, I would not have been able to tell where they had been cut down! The stumps had been ground down to substantially below soil level and any sawdust left from the grinding down had been spread out and worked into the top layer of the soil, and there were few twigs and leaves left on the ground. No other plants were damaged or in most cases even particularly disturbed! Very, very neat work!!! By around 5 pm all the work was done! Absolutely amazing! I will gladly call this company again, both to help me give much-needed TLC to the surviving trees and to remove any if needed. Thank you to everyone on that crew for the professional job you all did!!!

We asked if they could grind the stump down as far as they could and they did a great job. They ground the stump a lot further than another company said they could. They cleaned up well after themselves. They didn't pressure us into anything else we didn't need. We would definitely hire them again.

The tree was dropping 20' limbs so I asked them to trim the entire tree. They had 5 men working together in the tree and on the ground. They were right on time. It only took them 2 hours and they had all limbs hauled away and shredded and the yard raked. The only damage was 1 fence picket was broken and they replaced it before they left. I will definitely recommend them and I will call them again soon to trim the other 2 trees. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. A+!

Overall a very good experience. Work was scheduled promptly, and calls returned promptly. Crew arrived on time, and were very professional and polite from start to finish. Clean up was top-notch........you would never know the Oak Tree was ever there. Will definitely call them for care of my trees in the future.

Luis brought out his crew at the time he promised. They went to work in a professional way. They did a very nice job and cleaned up the wood and branches.

They did good work in 2010. They were completely unresponsive and did not perform any work in 2012.

I have used Shade Tree several times now and was referred to them originally by a family member who had used them. I have been very happy with all of their work. The most recent work was removing a few medium sized trees stump grinding. I also had the canopies raised on my large trees as well as thinning and pruning for better light and air. I also use them late last year to remove a large Oak, a Huge Oak and several small/medium trees killed by the drought. Luis arrived promptly at the scheduled time to provide the quote. After walking the property and reviewing the proposed work, the quote was submitted. Now Shade Tree is not the lowest quoted service. However, they are not a fly by night, here today, gone tomorrow company. They are insured and Bonded and provide the verifiable proof of it. As it happened they had 2 crews in the area that were finishing up a job and could be available that day if I was interested. As it was a Saturday, that was great. A little while later the first of the 2 crews arrived. I was pleased to see I recognized most of he crew from the previous jobs that had been completed for me. A company that has loyal employees and history goes a long way. not one that picks up a crew that is standing outside the local home improvement store, or day labor site, that morning. The crew was courteous, and worked safely in the trees and around our home and cars. They took care inside he canopies of the large mature trees to make sure they were nicely and healthily trimme without looking chopped and hacked. They kept the work areas cleaned, immediately removing the limbs and debris as it was cut out of the trees. The area was fully cleaned once the work was completed. Luis came to the site as the work was finishing up, he noticed a tree had been missed for trimming (I had so many, I missed it myself) he quickly resolved that, and ensured all of the promised work was completed to my satisfaction. I am once again pleased with their work and will use them again when I need any tree service.

I have not decided yet when I'm going to have the job done.

On Wednesday, March 21st a representative came out and came me a bid. He was prompt and courteous. On Friday, I emailed him back the signed acceptance and on Friday evening, he called to schedule me for Saturday at 8am. The crew was outside at 7:50. They did the work as specified and carefully. They cut limbs that were over my pool and covered porch without incident. When they were done, the clean up was excellent. Besides a little saw dust in the grass, you couldn't tell they had been here. They raked up all the debris, used my net on the pool, cleaned out the skimmer, and blew off the deck. They didn't even leave anything in the street in front of the house. I had to leave the house before they were finished and had no reservations in doing so and leaving the payment because of the way they had handled everything up to that point. I was very satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them without hesitation.

The employees were professional, safe, and did a great job. They cleaned up the areas after they completed the trimming. You can tell by the way these guys do business that they know what they are doing and understand customer satisfaction.

I thought the bid was high, my husband thought it was great, so I'll compromise and give a B rating on that. I don't take the cheapest bid, but I usually don't take the highest one either. The service; however, gets a high A from both of us. Shade Tree was absolutely professional and efficient. These guys were very careful not only with their own safety, but with our property as well. They provided us with verifiable proof of insurance, so we were confident that any mishaps would have been taken care of; however, there were none. They cleaned up after the job was done so that I couldn't even tell they had been there, and we have a fabulous canopy now instead of having branches hitting the roof and house. I still think the bid was high; however, I feel very confident that we made a good choice in using Shade Tree. I would definitely use them again.

Tree removal estimate by Luis Rodriguez $1,800 - to remove three trees -$100 discount --------------- $1,700 total But said if Shade Tree Arbor Care while his guys were in the area, it would be $1,600. I used Hal_Lel Tree Service and got three trees removed for $800 (plus $200 for a fourth large tree added the day of the work).

I had a very large oak tree in the front of my house that died and needed to be removed. This tree was also in very close proximity to my neighbors house making the removal a bit precarious. Although Shade Tree was not the lowest bidder for this job. the quality of their services was worth the extra money. They were on time, courteous, worked safely, and made sure that I was completely satisfied before their departure. About an hour after their crew left I received a call from one of Shade Trees managers - Luis Rodriguez to ensure I was completely satisfied with their work. First Class! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for tree trimming/removal services.

I received an advertising card in the mail from the company indicating they were working in the neighborhood and could offer reduced rates to others while there. I called the number and the estimator came right over. After agreeing on the work to be done, he said they would come by later in the day to do the work after they finished their current job. Two hours later they were on my job. They completed the work in rapid fashion as agreed and cleaned up very nicely afterward. I was very pleased.

It was great! They trimmed our tree the same afternoon that we called. They were able to fit us in after a neighbor's service call. One gentleman got right up into our tree with a chain saw and trimmed our lower branches, as another used a tool to trim branches they wouldn't be able to reach with the saw. They cleaned everything up and chipped the branches, as well as raking the area. My first reaction was thinking our tree looked naked, but they explained that the trim would allow the top of the tree to fill in when spring comes. I also look forward to having the grass fill in under the tree. Two (green) thumbs up to them!!

Shade Tree is very good at removing large trees. We used them recently, as there was a large tree in our yard that was dying, and we needed it removed from the property. The men from Shade Tree came out and cut it down and chopped it up in small pieces. It took about two hours, and the tree was loaded up on their trucks and taken out of the yard. We were pleased to have the tree disposed of, and it was a job well done with no problems.
