Quick, professional. Crew was available immediately due to a cancellation. Did a very good job & cleaned up afterwards. Price was very reasonable for nine large trees that had been unattended for at least 20 years.

I found Shade Tree through google reviews and my initial consult with Jose was quick and painless. He was professional and straightforward with me. I was concerned about the price quoted since the competition was quoting lower based on conversations I had with my neighbors. When I spoke to Jose later that day we agreed to reduce it by $200 and I also asked if I could make payment the following day to give me a chance to review the results of the job. The fact he was willing to work with me on these 2 points was very much appreciated. The actual day of the job went very smoothly and the crew that was sent was punctual, fast, and courteous. They cleaned up everything afterwards and left virtually no trace other than the areas where the trees were removed. I was contacted the following day by their front office and made payment over the phone. Overall we are very happy with the service provided and the company as a whole.

This was my first time ever needing this type of service so I had no idea who to turn to. I called shade tree, they gave me a quick and reasonable estimate then came out 2 days later, worked for about 3 hours and my back/front yard looks outstanding. Great! The crew was pleasant and I was especially pleased with how they were careful not to harm the smaller trees in the yard. They were very pleasant, respectful, efficient, and cleaned the yard and porches when finished. I would definitely hire again.

Jose and crew came right on time to trim 8 of my trees. The did a good job trimming and cleaned up the debris. I had several questions throughout the process which Jose answered well and eased my concerns. Their price was good as well. Much more affordable than another quote I received for the same job.

Jose and his crew arrived at the time scheduled. They did not lollygag around and begin pruning the trees quickly. Jose supervised from start to finish and directed his team as they were cutting. He did the deep-root feeding himself, and he did more thorough job than the last tree company I hired. They cleaned up the entire front yard including my driveway. The trees look great and my grass will get more sunshine. I highly recommend Shade Tree Arbor Care, especially Jose and his team. I will definitely use them in the future.

They arrived early and did an excellent job! With in one hour the tree was cut down, chopped up, stump removed and the whole area cleaned up!! All done at every good price! Patricia E.

I am extremely satisfied with the way the job went. I received an estimate on a Friday and it was agreed that the work would begin on the next day, buy they were actually able to fit me in later the same day. The guys that did the work were extremely careful not to drop limbs onto my flowers in my flower beds, and did an excellent job with cleanup. I would definitely hire them again, and highly recommend them to any in need of tree service.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. After the job (during which they knocked over flower pots in the backyard and did not even tell us), a huge branch fell ON OUR HOUSE within a couple of weeks. We contacted them about it, and they were unwilling to do anything about it. Basically said they would do jack unless we paid them their minimum fee. Not even offering to clear it or anything. Expected better treatment for the price we paid. We are very disappointed. We've been loyal customers of this company for 2-3 years and can't believe the treatment we've received on this job. We will find another company to trim our trees in the future.

They did a really good job. They guy was very nice. I hardly ever give anyone an "A" because nobody is perfect, but they did a good job. They were average on pricing. He was really personable and really listened.

They are an excellent company and I have always been pleased with my interactions. They are prompt, courteous, and they do excellent clean up. In fact, the tree was so large that they even had to do clean up in my neighbor's yard.

After getting an inspection of our tree from Luis. He confirmed that it needed to be removed for safety reasons. He recommended and we agreed on the type of tree I should get as a replacement. He explained what all would happen and we set an appointment for the following day. On Saturday morning Roberto and his crew showed up on time and preceded to begin the task of methodically removing our tree. It was amazing to watch the crew take down this tree that had given us shade for so many years. But had slowly begun to weaken. I'm still in shock. A good shock though. 🙂 After they cut down the tree. They preceded to grind the roots that had grown everywhere and caused the sidewalk to buckle. Once they did that. They were able to plant a 100 gallon Live Oak tree. Which originally was supposed to be 65 gallon tree. Mike the owner didn't like the way it look so he got a bigger size and no extra cost. Thank you Mike!! They secured and watered the new tree and cleaned after themselves very thoroughly. I would like to thank Shade Tree for their professionalism, patience and hard work in getting the job done. I will forever be grateful that they were able to finish the job smoothly for me and the neighborhood. I will miss my ole Cottonwood Tree ...but I love my new tree. It has change my front yard for the better.

Luis and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They were very efficient and professional in the work they did, both what was originally contracted, and several add-on requests that I had. They cleaned up completely after themselves, both in the yard and on the driveway and street. I was having difficulties getting my neighbor's permission to go on their property to clean up - Luis handled the neighbors delicately and professionally, and was able to complete the job without the neighbors complaining. I know other people who have been sued by neighbors over tree removal, and I was quite worried. Luis and his crew performed much better than expected, and they allowed me to breathe easy during their work. It's a plus that they provide coupons in the Money Mailer, which they applied to my charges in spite of the coupon being expired. This is my second time to use Shade Tree, and they will be my tree company from now on! Great job! I highly recommend them.

I have had them for four years. They will always call me. They are expensive but you have to consider the risk they are taking and the insurance they are paying.
