Shade Tree Arbor Care

Description of Work: I called the Tree service yesterday and explained the situation with a couple of trees. I have an indentation at the base of several of my trees where I need an estimate to put a temporary fix on the tree so it will not get any worse. We were told by another Arborist there was a solution, but this company mailed a flier and was on Angies List also so thought i'd give them a try. They seemed to understand my request, and made an appointment for today. About 35 minutes before the appt time, the front office called to let me know they do not do this type of service I told her it would have been nice to know before the date of the appt when I was already headed home to meet them. I know that these reviews are not given as much credit when no work is performed, but others need to know. I should have heeded the remarks by another person who said the same thing.

Description of Work: 4 dead pine trees approx 100 ft. tall, near high wires and home wire, and among a large Oak tree. Topping the trees was done with agility and professionalism: nothing damaged, harmed or threatened. All wood was taking away and very good cleanup in the yard and street.
