They put in the new system a year ago and offer a service package you can purchase where they come out twice a year to check both systems. Caleb came out to do the AC check this week. He does a thorough job and changed some of the hard to reach filters for me. He is polite and professional.

Caleb with Morrow Mechanical arrived at the house on time. He was very communicative and answered all of my questions regarding the safety system checks that he was performing. Caleb made recommendations for improvements to the drain system on the older unit and repaired some minor duct flow issues. Caleb presented himself in a very professional, polite and attentive manner.

Work was completed quickly and professionally.

My AC unit was previously diagnosed as having a bad expansion valve (TXV). I gave all of the information about the unit over the phone (age, manufacturer, size, type, previous diagnosis) but they said they needed to send someone out on a service call to diagnose themselves and pay their service fee. I reluctantly agreed but understood that they might want to confirm the diagnosis. When the technician came out, he spent only a short while looking at the unit and stated that they would refuse to repair the TXV since the unit was so old (14 years) and was only offering replacement. They gave me a quote for replacement that was literally double the price of their competitor (Morrow offered Lennox only, competitor quote was for Carrier). If they were going to refuse to work on an AC that old they should have told me over the phone and just offered to come out for their free installation estimate. In the end I feel i was conned into paying a service fee for what should have been a free replacement estimate.

Their responsiveness was always good. I’ve used them for 4 or 5 years now. My first impression they were knowledgeable, professional. They were actually referred to me by somebody I work with. It was all good, but nothing really stuck out to me that was more than anything else.

Troy P fixed everything! He explained everything he did in detail and fixed a problem some other A/C folks missed. Very knowledgeable and polite!

I would absolutely use them again. Very thorough. The workers I came in contact with were great and a wealth of information. The guy took his time and looked at everything and answered our questions. Explaned everything and he wasn't in a hurry and I appreciated that.

This company has pretty high rating on Angie's List; and they do good work. They come, they've got their uniforms on; they do exactly what they tell you they're going to do. They clean up their mess when they get done. They do good work, they really do; customer first. It takes about an hour to check the outside compressor and the inside unit. The workers polite crew and respectful.

Initial diagnosis was completely wrong. Thermostat was traced back to the wrong unit and the repair person was assuming the thermostat was bad. When they finally determined what the issue was, made the repair to the zoned unit but same problem persisted. Came back and determined that there were issues with their repairs and made additional repairs. All told had 5 visits over 2 weeks. Total cost of repairs approaching $2k. Part of this was cleaning and servicing the second unit we had no trouble with and then days later the capacitor on the compressor went out? Coincidence? I don't know but it seemed suspect that it went out so soon after they serviced it.

Rogie did a good job, good review of system in place. Made recommendations on items that need to be addressed.

It went well, but it as terrible expensive. I have a 7 year warranty - replace and against leaks. It costs me over $3000.00

I was very impressed with them and would highly recommend them. They were very honest they showed me a part that needed to be replaced and he had it on the truck.

Technician was punctual and professional. Took his time to thoroughly troubleshoot my unit. When he could not find the issue, he did not jump to conclusions and try to sell me anything, he called for his supervisor to come out. When they go to the bottom of the issue, it turned out that i did not need a new AC but only a replacement part. After a couple of hours i was back up and running.

Morrow mechanical did a great job for me yesterday. I wanted a separate air-conditioner and heating system for my garage, because I work on Christmas lights there in the summertime. I also needed a new thermostat, and I got the Lenox iComfort 30 thermostat added to my current housing situation. Also included with this work were two new ducts, one a cold air return and the other a regular heating and cooling duct. Morrow mechanical came out the very next day to do the work, bringing a crew of people. It took all day, but they did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. This is a quality company that will be my heating and cooling company for many years to come.

Not good AC has problems but service was excellent. Will come back to fix problems. Mathew was very nice and answered all our questions. Very glad problems were caught now.

Went well as Alonzo was also a very nice and courteous young man. I have gotten used to all of the great people that work for Morrow Mechanical.

Every time they come out, they email me my invoice. The last three years, it's been the exact same guy that came out.

The service technician was friendly and professional and explained the results.

While having my autumn furnace tune-up from Morrow, I decided to get a surge protector. Got an appt. 2 days later on Sept. 30 for the installation. It was very professional and prompt service.

AGAIN --- DO NOT BELEIVE THAT THEIR PRICING IS FAIR OR THEIR WORK WILL SOLVE YOUR ISSUE. To deal with this ongoing issue of what I am coming to belvie was a poorly installed new AC, we are told they will charge $600 to add more dampers (essentially what they charged and suggested last time I called them out to make the AC cool the entire house. To add insult to injury, I asked them to change a thermostat out during their most recent trip. The cost of the actual thermostat is $140.00 on Amazon. The installation (says the technician) takes 15 minutes. They wanted to charge me over $350.00 for the new thermostat and installation.....all while they would already be here on a service charge for hundreds of more dollars to make the AC finally cool the house. I asked them to call and ask the manager, Justin, to make the installation fair, especially since we have had some much trouble with their system and the technician charging the install was already going to be here doing an estimated $800 of more work. Justin said no. When I then pointed out that paying an outrageous fee like that was not only too high but essentially double-dipping (since they were planning to charge another service fee for the same technician to do additional work, Justin opted to have the technician remove the temporary thermostat they installed and leave us to find some other solution. Wow....do not waste your time or money.

Arick did show up early for our appt after calling to be sure was ok. Of course it was ok. We knew that our aging system was nearing it's end as was installed back in 2004 and was a cheaper unit that was not very efficient. We decided to get the whole system, including furnace, replaced and start fresh. Although was not required. This was a large expense to us. They worked with us on pricing as well, as others were a little cheaper but had bad reviews and results. We wanted company that will be there for us throughout the years. We did not ask for Sunday19th install since was Fathers Day. Hyatt and his partner showed up early which was welcomed. Very nice and professional young men. Worked quickly and efficiently. Explained what we needed to know. Also replaced replaced some duct-work and balanced our system. Take the service plan as well. We are very satisfied with everything and will continue to have them take care of our family in the future as well as recommend them to our friends, neighbors and associates. They were always very responsive and quick to meet, and able to work around my schedule. After we decided to have to work done they were able to start the next day. We called Morrow initially to look at our units and get an estimate for the work that needed to be done. I ended up calling 2 other companies to look at our system also to confirm what Morrow had said and to compare prices. All the companies confirmed that the system needed to be replaced, and though they both quoted an estimate cheaper than Morrow had, I ultimately went with Morrow because of how professional they were (and they even worked with me on the price a little to get it to something more in line with what I wanted to pay.
