Description of Work: Replaced AC and furnace with 20SEER unit. Price was a little high but have had good experience in past with this company. Probably could have coaxed a couple more years out of existing system but did not want to deal with unit nearing its end of life. Overall replacement went smooth. Servicemen did a good job of protecting floor and carpeting bring units in and out of house and were able to rearrange unit in attic to provide better air flow. Arrived on time and completed all work within the day as agreed. Very professional installation. New Lennox unit functions well.

Description of Work: Received advertising materials and had family reference. Was minor job. Just an A/C tune up. Advertising a little misleading in that a statement said if A/C broke down during summer repair work would be warrantied. Actually if read carefully it is warrantied up to the cost of the tune up of $69. Second problem was pressure applied to put in a part that would not allow pan to run over and damage ceiling etc. This is similar to bait and switch and I have learned that I should have said no. Part was about 2 x the cost of the tune up. I believe the work was satisfactory but I cannot climb in my ceiling to check. I am undecided about continued use of the company.

Description of Work: We have used Morrow Mechanical for 7 years. We have a maintenance contract with them to inspect our heating/ac twice yearly. They do a thorough inspection, including changing the filters if needed. We did have to have one unit replaced and they had the job done in one day for a competitive price. They are courteous (starting with the call to or from the office) to the technician who arrives and introduces himself. They are prompt, clean, and explain everything thoroughly.
