Description of Work: i was having a a/c problem and called Morrow Mechanical to service(they installed it in 2014). When the serviceman arrived and diagnosed the problem he then told me what the charge was. I thought I should not be charged because I had their serviceman out in April to get it ready for summer. The serviceman Matt, politely listened to me and suggested I call his office and speak with someone there. We discussed it in a professional manner and even though we had different opinions they valued me as a customer and took care of the issue. Makes me feel good about their company and Matthew worked his butt off to do a thorough job

On the day of the appointment, their dispatch called and said the technician could be out earlier, but I was on the other side of town, so they sent him to another appointment and then back to my house. He was there when I arrived home and promptly began the inspection. He showed me the outdoor unit and the dirt that had accumulated inside of it. He was able to get it clean with the garden hose, thus saving me some money from having to disassemble it for a more thorough cleaning. He said everything was working well and made recommendations for some additions to the system. I signed up for their Home Comfort Plan, so they'll be back in the fall for a heating system tune up.
Description of Work: Had them come out for an A/C tune up and inspection as I haven't had that done in a while.

They are highly qualified technicians with integrity. They did an excellent job for me. I thought they were very competitive in their prices and offer great service. Morrow stands behind their work as well.
Description of Work: I had Morrow remove an old air conditioning unit and replace it in my 2600 square foot house. They took the other one away for me.
