Description of Work: They were recommended to me, and I called them when my A/C unit needed to be replaced. I had gotten an estimate from another company, but Morrow was significantly lower. They did excellent work, and I ended up signing up for their ongoing service and maintenance program, which gave us a 10 year warranty on the A/C unit for free. Now they contact me when routine maintenance is due, and everything has been running very smoothly.

The previous units were 18+ years old, were originally installed by Morrow Mechanical and was exclusively maintained by Mark and his team over that time period. It was time for this upgrade and especially with the hot Houston summer approaching. A technician came, evaluated my home, asked me if I had questions or requests. Three different systems that would meet my heating cooling needs were shown. All of my questions were answered. The middle grade was chosen. An install date was set for the next week. They ( 5 technicians came) were on time, removed the old and replaced the new. Mark's crew are professional. They explained what they would do and answered all of my questions during the install. The upgrade was clean (flooring covered, booties worn), quick and efficient. The technicians new their job and worked as a team. The systems were tested and I was given a walk-thru with instructions on how to operate - the new thermostats are pretty fancy. |I have used Morrow for over 25 years. No one else has maintained these systems since I have owned this house. And I will be using them in the future. |Note: Assuming price is a bottom line number, I gave Morrow a "B". I know there are companies that "will meet and beat any price" But if you were to include performance and service in the price model an A+ would have been given.

Description of Work: Morrow Mechanical was the installer of my air conditioning unit 2 years ago. I now needed the air condition unit moved for future yard work. They were to arrive between 1-3 pm. I received a call saying they would be early - 12:45 pm. At 1:30 pm I called. I was told there was a problem at the previous job and the new time was 3:15 pm. I say that was okay. At 3:30 I called. The phone rang and rang. I called again at 4 pm. Phone rang and rang. They never showed and I never got a call apologizing for the no-show. I ended up going with McGregory.

Description of Work: I love this company. They are so responsive and courteous. I had been feeling ill when I turned on our heater so I wanted them to check for carbon monoxide. They came out the same day within a matter of hours and checked everything out. They call before the technician arrives and I really appreciate that. I've been using them for a couple years and would trust them with anything. I've recommended them to family and friends and no one has been disappointed. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Description of Work: The Service Tech (Jeff) was very professional and very knowledgeable. I had worked in the HVAC industry for 15+ years and he and the company was straight with me and didn't try to make it a sales call like most HVAC companies do. Very honest and took his time to fix the issue right even though it was an old system and not much could be done. Morrow Mechanical went above and beyond! Cheers!

Description of Work: Great company. I thought I needed a new heat and air system. They showed me all I needed was my duct work refigured. My heat and air were fine. They were right! now the house is the same temp in every room. I checked their price with a retired AC/Heat friend and he said I got a good deal. Also got my Angie discount.
