Thank you for your review, however I am unclear why this review is merited this way. 1. We made the appointment and showed up on time- which we have a logging system to help us maintain timeliness. 2. I believe we were certainly professional, arrived promptly, listened to your needs and expressed my ideas about your needs. Arrived neat/clean, in a company marked vehicle. 3. Completed the quote and e mailed it to the address that was provided. 4. Pricing is not always the best way to determined a review or grade, I am certain there are many other crafts people way lower in costs, but we are a properly organized company, with all the over head and cost that goes along with that, rent, labor, taxes, supplies, insurance, utilities. So to grade a D on a review based upon what some other gives as a price is somewhat unfair. Since it's not always apples to apples. Nor are the others trained or continue in training and expertise. 5. In short I am very surprised by this review, since I gave you the quote we had no response, while I certainly understand it's your choice to go elsewhere and not use my services, it must also be known you never were courteous enough to tell me no, or why? 6. Lastly a C in quality, I don't know how you could list this, since you never used our services and that should have been an N/A.
